One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.

A New Butterfly?
Found this little one (compare to the grass blades) flitting around the hillside near the harbor, and I got lucky when it set down for a moment and spread its wings within range of my zoom. Unfortunately, I didn't get a shot of the underside of the wings, which might be more distinctive. Identification of small blue butterflies is chancy, but Summer (or Spring) Azure (Celastrina neglecta, C. ladon), look like a decent bets...
