Ever Forward Moving Backwards

But at least it's moving again. WBAL TV, After it was stuck for weeks, Ever Forward on the move in the Chesapeake Bay

The Ever Forward cargo ship is on the move again after being stuck in the Chesapeake Bay for more than five weeks.

The U.S. Coast Guard told 11 News the ship is moving Sunday morning after it was stuck in the Chesapeake Bay off the coast of Gibson Island since March 13.

Teams removed hundreds of containers from the ship in the past week before attempting for a third time to refloat the ship. Two barges were used to take the containers back to the Port of Baltimore.
Another, less attributed article on FB, said she was towed out to the anchorage south of the Bay Bridge, where divers would examine its hull for damage. Assuming it is OK to travel, she will return to Baltimore to pick up the 500 or so containers removed to lighten her load for the salvage before continuing her arrested voyage south.

It's notable that they took advantage of a full moon tide, combined with favorable wind driven tide to free her:
