Zienna Eve was born and grew up on the small and remote island of Bornholm, Denmark. She started modeling shortly after her 18th birthday where she was discovered by a local photographer. In 2013 she won a national competition for a magazine cover in a major Danish lads mag. She has posed at a number of Shoot the Centerfold events and been featured in a range of publications. She is currently managed by Elite Model Management Miami.

Zienna Eve's rise to fame is attributable to her incredible physique. She has classical hourglass features: a large derriere, tiny waist and very large breasts. Especially the latter has earned Eve a large male fan base. In interviews Eve claims that her breasts are natural and that her bra size varies from a DD cup to an F cup depending on the brand. There has, however, been some controversy on social media as to whether or not her breasts are completely natural. Eve has gone so far as to publicize x-rays of her upper body on her social media to prove that her sizable breasts are indeed completely natural.

Zienna Eve mainly does glamour and "babe" modeling, and she has worked with a number of Danish as well as international photographers. In her own words she likes to make pictures that are "sexy but classy". She is aware that her body type is perfectly suited for glamour modeling as opposed to fashion modeling, but she does not want to cross the line to topless or explicit nude modeling. She will only appear topless if she can cover her breasts with her hands or elsehow. She has said that she will only consider going full frontal naked for Playboy Magazine
