As scheduled, Joe Biden held what was billed as a "Big Boy" news conference, designed to show his superior policy chops over his competitor, Donald Trump. With a late start, presumably while they titrated his medication, it was 90 minutes long, with a long teleprompter speech, followed by questions from carefully chosen reporters, and likely planted questions at that.
