Fireworks!

Georgia, Corwin, Gabby and I waited out a short rain shower, headed down to the beach a little before 9, and walked down from the harbor parking lot. As we were walking down the dock you could see the fireworks had already started
The sun was set, and the sky still cloudy.
The displays here are all from private people buying their own firework, technically illegal in Maryland, and joining down on the beach in a community display. The local civic association has nothing to do with it. You can see displays up and down the coast, and even across the bay on Taylors Island.

A nice fountain on the ground . . .
Which turned in a golden shower. Gabby didn't want to go, but we assured her that most of the fireworks were done.
