One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.

Super Walk on Super Bowl Sunday
It was bright and sunny and over 40 F. The snow is all melted in our neighborhood for the first time since late December. It was so nice, it's tempting to imagine that spring is right around the corner, but I hear we have another storm brewing for this week. Here's a bare Sycamore tree on top of the cliff. I swear, the buds are starting to swell and give the tree that reddish color.
A gull worries a piece of food. Not quite sure what he's got here. In one picture it looks like a fishhead, in another a crab shell.
The tide was pretty low this morning, so we got past the brush piles and further up the beach than we have been getting most days recently. Here's a stretch of beach where the shells, pebbles and clay blocks are predominant.
A bunch of seagulls were swirling about up the beach ahead of us. No particular reason I could see, but I guess there was probably food involved.
The deer carcass continues to be a source of nutrition for the beach animals, but it's getting pretty sparse, and well covered up by sand. Skye did a little digging, but didn't take any.
I'm trying something a little different here. I tried a short video of Skye running on the beach. Unfortunately perhaps, I waited until she had run off a little excess energy, so this is rather mild.
We also met another dog, and they did a bit of playing.
