First and foremost, what girls need to do is network and organize. Far be it from me to lecture anyone how to organize, as I can't even keep my garage work table clean. But in today's social media world, I'm sure these girls can navigate just fine on their own, without fogeys like me chiming in with the, "Back in my day..." These girls need to reach out to other schools, connect with sports players on rival teams, and come together to publicly oppose every instance of biological males invading women's sports.

And they can effectively do this if every team in the conference forfeits every game against teams which allow men on their team. And kudos, by the way, to Wyoming, Utah State, and Nevada for doing exactly that by taking the lonely but righteous moral high ground and boycotting San Jose State. In a stunning show of courage that all the adults in the room lacked, the girls of Boise State just forfeited the semifinal match rather than play against a cheating male.

If only a few teams forfeit, as what is currently happening, it's not going to make much of a difference, now matter how noble the gesture. But if every team, or nearly every team, did so, that would be something the media could not ignore.

So what happens if everyone forfeits and the cheating team takes the championship without ever having actually beaten anyone fairly? How to counter this "victory"? This is the hard part. the girls...meaning the real girls...have to organize parallel leagues. They would operate the same ways as regular leagues, but without the cosplayer men. Anybody with any integrity (i.e. sponsors, fans, but especially parents) should support these parallel leagues, not just with public statements and attendance, but with funding and logistical and managerial assistance.

Divert the money, resources, and support to these parallel leagues. Let the "official" league hold no-show forfeit ceremonies, and present now-meaningless women's trophies to men in empty arenas. Once the money dried up, these schools and leagues would change their tune very, very quickly.

Here's where politicians and donors could help. Trump could end taxpayer funding to all schools which disregard Title IX protections for women's sports. Megadonors such as Elon Musk could very loudly fund such parallel leagues. So long as they're private, the misogynist left would have less power to regulate who is and isn't allowed on the teams.

And once the "official" leagues come crawling back, begging for the girls to return, the latter should do so only on three conditions:

1. The return to the "official" league is approved by a majority of female athletes on the parallel leagues;
2. The return is predicated on the terms of the girls', not the leagues', choosing, with future protections for female athletes written in and guaranteed by force of contract and law, and;
3. A public apology and financial compensation for every female athlete under their charge who ever had a win stolen from her by a man, whoever was passed over for a woman's scholarship that she qualified for but was instead given to a man, and to whoever was physically injured on the field by a male athlete.

School officials whose trans policies led to women being sexually assaulted should be immediately terminated, and if possible, legally prosecuted for endangerment. Criminal charges should also be brought swiftly against threats and violent actions taken against female athletes, such as when Riley Gaines was assaulted and held hostage. If the neutered campus cops won't do their jobs, the feds need to step in.

Flotsam and Jetsam - Flotsam (also known as "flotsan") refers to goods from a sunken vessel that have floated to the surface of the sea, or any floating cargo that is cast overboard. In maritime law, flotsam pertains to goods that are floating on the surface of the water as the result of a wreck or accident. One who discovers flotsam is allowed to claim it unless someone else establishes their ownership of it. Jetsam designates any cargo that is intentionally discarded from a ship or wreckage. Legally jetsam also floats, although floating is not part of the etymological meaning. Generally, "jettisoning" connotes the action of throwing goods overboard to lighten the load of the ship if it is in danger of sinking. Per maritime law, one who discovers these artifacts is not required to return them to their rightful owner except in the case where the latter makes a legally abiding claim. However, according to the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration "flotsam may be claimed by the original owner, whereas jetsam may be claimed as property of whoever discovers it."

We have now finished state 15, on the way to 30 or more; we can say with certainty that the Secretaries of State are unlikely to lead voter roll clean up. In many states they thwart it with flagrant data tricks.

Let’s take you through our excellent adventure working with voter integrity groups across the country. You need to understand their dedication, resilience, and the odds they face when the reddest states’ Secretary of State is in on “it.”

“It” means they know their voter rolls are replete with phantoms, but they deny it, evade it, some hide it. Let’s go there. 

Most people have downloaded a file. It’s easy. Except if you live in a swing state on the southeast U.S. coast -- and the file came from the Secretary of State’s office. When you process the file, it contains about every way of screwing up your search capability.

For instance: it is supposed to be comma delimited but it isn’t. It has non-ASCII characters embedded. That means search engines will flail with no result. It has half quote marks which means there is no end of quote so it will not process. There are nonsensical control characters throughout the data set.

This is deliberate data sabotage, intended to make it almost impossible for citizens using traditional tools to parse the data paid for with their taxes. This example is a Republican Secretary of State in effect saying: “well, if I have to give you the voter roll, here it is, now just try to search it!”

At Da Wire, Mom, Radio Host, Arrested At School Board Meeting Files Federal Lawsuit: ‘I’m Not Gonna Back Down’, in Rochester New York.

Joy told Kelly she was targeted by the school board over her past activism and was meant to be made an example of to deter other parents from speaking out.

Notably, the trespassing charge against Joy was dismissed in the interest of “justice.” The mother and her legal team soon after filed the federal lawsuit to help other parents across the nation hit with trespassing charges over supposed mask/COVID violations, Joy explained.

“When they called the recess, I got this sinking feeling that they were going to arrest, potentially, me,” Joy recalled to Kelly. “This particular meeting was very different than previous meetings. The board had worked with an outside organization called ‘Black In The Burbs,’ which is a suburban version of BLM (Black Lives Matter) and they brought in about 25 activists — all with red shirts.”

“When I came into that meeting there were probably six or seven cameras on me from the second I walked into that room,” she explained. “So, everyone sensed that something was very different about this meeting.”

“The only time [my mask] came underneath my nose was when I took it down to put a piece of gum in my mouth,” Joy said. “And in that moment, that’s when Mary White, who was a school board member, signaled to security and other members of the board that they wanted to go to recess. They then went to recess and I was told by the arresting officer that they called 911, requested specifically that Shannon Joy is arrested.”

Joy recalled the experience as “terrifying” and “humiliating” and noted that in the aftermath, her husband was doxxed. But she also vowed that she was “not gonna back down,” highlighting the federal suit.

Speaking of loathsome, at the Da Fed, Disgraced FBI No. 2 Calls For Feds To Treat ‘Mainstream’ Conservatives Like Domestic Terrorists, "To Andrew McCabe, January 6 is the key to implementing frighteningly despotic policies that target conservatives." He should be in jail for his role in the attempted coup against Donald Trump.

Tristan Justice at Da Fed Jim Jordan Refuses To Cooperate With Democrats’ Jan. 6 Witch Hunt. He basically told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. 

“I have no relevant information that would assist the Select Committee in advancing any legitimate legislative purpose,” Jordan added, who is the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee with no authority over Capitol security. “I cannot speak to Speaker Pelosi’s failure to ensure the appropriate security posture at the Capitol complex in advance of well-publicized protests on January 6, 2021.”

Durham Delivers - Danchenko Indicted

Igor Danchenko, you may recall is the Russian national, sometimes employed by the ultra-liberal Brookings Institution, who provided most of the evidence in the Steele Dossier given to the FBI, which was released to the press and widely touted by liberal media outlets and politicians as proof that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to get elected and was compromised by some scurrilous information in the hands of the Russians and used by the FBI/DOJ to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page to spy on the Trump campaign and administration. The dossier itself has been completely discredited, and Danchenko has told the FBI that the stories were largely without merit, being the result of stories Russian friends drinking. 

Now, Special Counsel John Durham's grand jury has indicted him on charges of lying to the FBI, asserting that stories Danchenko attributed to Russian drinking buddies, were in, in fact, fed to him by a Clinton factotum, Charles Dolan.

A 2019 report by the Justice Department inspector general found major problems with the accuracy of Danchenko’s information. But the 39-page indictment unveiled Thursday paints a more detailed picture of claims that were allegedly built on exaggerations, rumors and outright lies. The indictment is likely to buttress Republican charges that Democrats and FBI agents intentionally or accidentally turned cheap partisan smears into a high-stakes national security investigation of a sitting president.

The indictment also suggests Danchenko may have lied to Steele and others about where he was getting his information. Some of the material came from a Democratic Party operative with long-standing ties to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, according to the charges, rather than well-connected Russians with insight into the Kremlin.

Did Hillary Clinton know about these rumors and direct the operative to pass them to Danchenko, so they could be laundered as "Russian tips"?

It seems bizarre to even suggest she didn't know. She loved conspiracy theories. She paid Sidney Blumenthal to spin conspiracy theories for her.

Twitchy,  WaPo fact-checker says Durham’s ‘stunning indictment’ means ‘Christopher Steele’s sources were really bad’ (then it gets awkward). Also from Vicky Taft, Woman Who Testified Against Trump Also Introduced Authors of Fake Russian 'Dossier' to Each Other. Gee, What Are the Odds ... ?. Fiona Hill. Andrea Widburg at Am Think thinks The latest Durham indictment is a big one. Maybe. John Sexton at Haut Hair cites Eli Lake: The Danchenko indictment shows the Democratic Party manipulated the FBI, but we knew that. Dan Chaitin at WaEx, Trump White House aide says Durham indictment puts 'deep state' plot on Hillary Clinton's doorstep. Of course she knew; but it will get hard to find people to testify to that. Nobody wants to shoot themselves twice in the head. George Parry at Am Spec, 

But these are only the latest developments. Since the last time I summarize Russiagate, Matt Margolis at PJ Media was wondering, Are More Obamagate Charges Coming? Clearly, the answer was yes. Dan Chaitin reported that Attorney general: John Durham remains empowered. "Let me just say first about the money," Garland replied. "We’re now in a new fiscal year, and as everyone knows, Mr. Durham is continuing. So I think you can readily assume that his budget has been approved." Yep. Also, Devin Nunes warns 'future of this country' hinges on Durham indictments and Ratcliffe says 1,000 intel documents given to Durham support more charges.

Regarding Durham's indictment of DNC/Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussman, George Parry  at Am Spec calls it John Durham’s Salad Shooter "Knowingingly (sic) concocting a fake narrative to fool the FBI and CIA is going to affect many Hillary Clinton campaign players, special counsel John Durham has let it be known in discovery." And finally, the budget of the CIA and all other intelligence agencies, including most importantly, the FBI and NSA, should be cut over three years by 20 percent a year. This would work to rein in their excesses and limit their ability to thwart the democratic process.
