Forget It Jake, It's Baltimore

From the Balmer Sun, Concrete falls from railroad bridge, striking car in East Baltimore

One person was injured when concrete came loose from a railroad bridge in East Baltimore and struck a car below on Sunday, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department.

The concrete fell onto the westbound side of Northpoint Road around 11:30 a.m., hitting the car’s door and breaking the windshield. The driver suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized, fire officials said. She walked out of the car on her own and was the only person in the vehicle.

Fire department spokesperson John Marsh initially referred to the accident as a “partial collapse” but later emphasized that the concrete was only debris. Twelve fire units responded.

The roadway was temporarily closed Sunday with traffic being rerouted at Quad Avenue and Northpoint Road. Sunday afternoon, there was still debris in the road under the bridge.
. . .
Amtrak said around 3 p.m. Sunday that its crews had completed a safety analysis of the bridge and that train traffic was set to commence pending approval of the City’s Department of Transportation. The department did not respond to a request for comment.

I'm sure the bridge is fine, just fine.

Flotsam and Jetsam - The Biden Coercion Scheme? Biden Plans Trans-Pacific Railroad

As Margot Cleveland at Da Fed reveals, The Bidens ‘Coerced’ Burisma To Pay $10 Million In Bribes, Says Credible FBI Source

In the FD-1023 from June 30, 2020, the confidential human source summarized earlier meetings he had with Zlochevsky. According to the CHS, in the 2015-2016 timeframe, the CHS, who was providing advice to Zlochevsky, told the Burisma owner to stay away from the Bidens. Then, after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential contest, the CHS asked Zlochevsky if he was upset Trump won.

Zlochevsky allegedly told the CHS he was dismayed by Trump’s victory, fearing an investigation would reveal his payments to the Biden family, which included a $5 million payment to Hunter Biden and a $5 million payment to Joe Biden. According to the CHS, the Burisma executive bemoaned the situation, claiming the Bidens had “coerced” him into paying the bribes.

The CHS responded that he hoped Zlochevsky had taken precautions to protect himself. Zlochevsky then allegedly detailed the steps he had taken to avoid detection, stressing he had never paid the “Big Guy” directly and that it would take some 10 years to unravel the various money trails. It was only then that Zlochevsky mentioned the audio recordings he had made of the conversations he had with Hunter and Joe Biden, according to the CHS.

He pled “not guilty” to all charges and was later given a full Presidential Pardon by then-President Donald Trump. It seems multiple individuals involved in prosecuting Renzi, including Smith himself, were sanctioned. Based on a 2019 complaint and request for investigation filed on Renzi’s behalf by respected legal firm Mayer Brown, evidence was found of prosecutorial misconduct including improper media leaks, illegal wiretaps, concealment of exculpatory evidence and impeachment evidence, destruction of evidence, and introduction of false testimony before and during Renzi’s trial. Flotsam and Jetsam - Musk Jettisons Hunter Laptop Files

Flotsam and Jetsam - Flotsam (also known as "flotsan") refers to goods from a sunken vessel that have floated to the surface of the sea, or any floating cargo that is cast overboard. In maritime law, flotsam pertains to goods that are floating on the surface of the water as the result of a wreck or accident. One who discovers flotsam is allowed to claim it unless someone else establishes their ownership of it. Jetsam designates any cargo that is intentionally discarded from a ship or wreckage. Legally jetsam also floats, although floating is not part of the etymological meaning. Generally, "jettisoning" connotes the action of throwing goods overboard to lighten the load of the ship if it is in danger of sinking. Per maritime law, one who discovers these artifacts is not required to return them to their rightful owner except in the case where the latter makes a legally abiding claim. However, according to the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration "flotsam may be claimed by the original owner, whereas jetsam may be claimed as property of whoever discovers it."

Yesterday, Elon Musk threw a bunch of Twitter files over the transom, specifically, files related to the treatment of the Hunter Biden laptop story, which twitter banned, and censored people who attempted to retweet it. Biden Has the Rail Strike Blues, Musk Reveals Twitter Interfered in Elections

Ed Driscoll at Insty, has another in a long line of DISPATCHES FROM WEIMAR AMERICA: Biden’s married, non-binary nuclear waste guru who stole woman’s $2,325 bag from airport hosted SPANKING seminar at kink conference just weeks later — under ‘NuclearNerd’ nickname that’s still in use on fetish hookup website. Madeleine Hubbard at JTN reports Democrat congressman sues Pennsylvania county he partially represents for not certifying election. "The county board's two Republican members voted against certifying the vote on Monday while two Democrats voted in favor and one abstained." What's the point of having a certification process if you can't not do it when you think the election was rigged? Ben Yount at The Center Square (Wisconsin) Rep. Brandtjen: Military ballot voting dropped over 80% in 2022. Very curious:

We have learned that the number of active military members voting in the 2022 election dropped by over 83% since the 2020 election!” Brandtjen said in a statement.

Brandtjen is at the center of the story about military ballots in Wisconsin. She received three fake military ballots ahead of Election Day. Those ballots, it turned out, came from a Milwaukee election manager.

“When Milwaukee deputy election clerk Kim Zapata created three military members out of thin air and sent requests for legitimate ballots to my home address, the vulnerability of the military ballot process was exposed,” Brandtken added.

Military voters in Wisconsin don’t have to actually register, and never have to show voter ID in order to get an absentee ballot in the state.

Brandtjen said there were nearly 10,000 military votes in the 2020 election, and not even 2,000 in the 2022 election.

“The 2022 active military voters dropped to 1,573 after a 2020 high number of 9,876, 4,966 in 2018 and 6,736 in 2016," she said. Referencing the Wisconsin Election Commission, Brandtjen continued: "The substantial drop should have been noticed by WEC, and inquiries should have been made. Once again, WEC failed to do their job.”

Wisconsin law requires local election managers track military voters on a list, and Brandtjen said many clerks did not do that.

Brandtjen is not saying whether she thinks the shift in military voting numbers point to more shenanigans from the 2020 election or a lack of shenanigans in the 2022 election.

Biden Nantucket Vacation Flames Out

Fox, Biden’s Secret Service rental vehicles burst into flames after he left Nantucket vacation. Haut Hair's Beege Wellborn, Wait, whut?! Biden's Nantucket Secret Service rental vehicles burst into flames. Bob Spencer at Haut Hair, There Once Was A Prez on Nantucket, and Each of His Cars, a Fire Struck It. There's speculation that one or more of the vehicles was electric, and it was battery fire. Frankly, I doubt it; Li-ion battery fires are notoriously difficult to fight, and the damage is all to the front, while the batteries of electric vehicles they are in the rear and underneath. Pretty odd, though.

Matt Vespa at Town Hall explains Why the 'Power Grab' Case That's Heading to the Supreme Court Could Give the Left Fits.

The legal beef that must be settled is whether it was constitutional for the North Carolina state Supreme Court to dismiss the latest redistricting map, which heavily favored Republicans. It’s a test of the “independent state legislature doctrine.” That legal position says that state/local courts cannot interfere in the redistricting process—the pickle here for those arguing in favor of the doctrine is that the Tar Heel state passed a law granting local courts the authority to review the maps. If successfully argued, critics warn that the “independent state legislature doctrine” could pave the way for single-party rule. Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives Tim Moore sued voter Rebecca Harper, leading us to this final legal showdown (via The Week) . . .

Jay Valentine at Am Think thinks Here’s How They Did it: Real-time Election Fraud

County election managers change the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3. Ballots go out that week. Those 31,000 are undeliverable. Someone collects those valid ballots. On September 15th, those addresses are quietly changed back.

National Change of Address Database (NCOA) will not pick up those address changes. They didn’t happen because there is no history.

The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine -- except for ballots. Ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database -- the one that was changed, then changed back.

Many states send ballots to everyone; the recipient is none the wiser that they never received a mail-in ballot. They may vote in person. Oops! “You already voted!” Ever heard that?
