Beach Report 4/11/24

A very "springish" day, temperatures in the upper 50s, mostly overcast, preparing for rain later. You can finally see green in the trees, and there was a bunch of pollen in the water.
A low tide, that wasn't very low, but enough to get past the rocks at the Matoaka/Calvert Beach line, and get up to the boulders.
A very nice, "chonky" parasymphyseal Snaggletooth upper from the high tide line was the best tooth of the day.
I found a total of 21 teeth, a drum tooth, and 2 ray barbs, including a pointy end, which we rarely see. They must break off short, and get mixed in as an almost impossible to find little triangle.
