Does He or Doesn't He...

No, not his hair.  I've been assured by a liberal hair dresser that he does dye his hair.   His skin.  Yes, I know, the camera can do funny things, but it sure looks like O might also manipulate his skin color depending on the nature of the occasion.  On the left, on the occasion of his statement to the whole nation on the Tucson shootings, he has gray hair, and very light skin.  On the right, for his meeting with the Paramount Leader of China, Hu Jintao, he has solid black hair, and a much darker complexion. What would the advantage of a blacker appearance be?  Clearly, seeming younger and more vigorous might be advantageous when meeting foreign leaders.  But blacker?  I don't have a good theory; do you?
