Rule 5 Saturday - Christen Harper

This week's Rule 5 lovely is:

Christen Harper, who grew up in Southern California, decided to pursue a career in modeling at the age of 20 to help pay her way through college. She often received pushback from agents and clients demanding that she lose weight. Instead of shrinking herself down to fit into the standard sizing, Harper stayed true to herself and continues to amplify the idea of body positivity and self-love on her platforms. The co-winner of the 2021 Swim Search, she was named co–Rookie of the Year (with Katie Austin) following her ’22 issue appearance.

While not a particularly typical example of a the starving model, I don't regard her as fat. However, scanning her Instagram, it's obvious she has become more "lush" in recent years.

Harper is engaged to Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff and starred in Women of the League, a six-episode web series featuring the wives and girlfriends of NFL stars. She regularly volunteers with a variety of charities and organizations including Girls Inc., Forgotten Harvest and Farm Sanctuary, and has been mentoring young girls through self-esteem and positivity workshops at the Detroit Lions Academy in partnership with the Pure Heart Foundation.
