Flotsam and Jetsam - Hunter Plea Deal Self-Detonates in Courtroom

There's really only one story, but first, from the Sun a Flood of Incriminating Disclosures About Hunter Biden’s Business Dealings, Including Allegations That His Father Was Involved, Could Threaten ‘Sweetheart’ Plea Deal, "Hunter Biden’s former close friend, Devon Archer, is expected to testify next week that President Biden joined his son for multiple meetings with clients " and  Michael Goodwin at NYPo, a plea, Judge must nix Hunter Biden’s plea deal to show her court won’t approve a blatant miscarriage of justice. Ask and ye shall receive. Judge Maryellen Norieka asked a few simple questions from both sides that quickly revealed that, while the Feds were (allegedly) continuing to look into Hunter, with the possibility of charging him with, oh say, FARA violations later, the defense maintained that the deal gave Hunter full immunity from any crimes, and that the deal was allegedly binding on the judge and put to onus of enforcing it on her. When the Feds said that deal did not cover other potential crimes, the Defense declared the deal off, and after a certain amount of trying to put Humpty-Dumpty back together, the deal was still off, and the judge gave them 30 days to try to reach a new deal. Meanwhile, the Congress will continue to dredge up and publicize new material that DOJ either refused to consider or has been actively covering up. I would also suppose this puts U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware Weiss' planned testimony to Congress off indefinitely, as well.
