Actress Gal Gadot disclosed Sunday that she underwent emergency brain surgery
while eight months pregnant after doctors discovered a massive blood clot.
Gadot
detailed her medical crisis from February in a social media post, describing
weeks of severe headaches that left her bedridden before an MRI revealed the
condition.
“We rushed to the hospital, and within hours, I
underwent emergency surgery,” she said. “My daughter, Ori, was born during
that moment of uncertainty and fear.”
The 39-year-old
actress
said she and her family had to confront “how fragile life can be,” describing
the experience as “a stark reminder of how quickly everything can change … all
I wanted was to hold on and live.”

This
isn’t the first Costa Rica beach vacation for the lovebirds who are expecting
their first child together. The Central American country appears to be
one beloved by Bündchen, as it’s where she and ex-husband Tom Brady, 47, held
their second wedding ceremony.
The exes, who married in 2009 and
divorced in 2022, share two kids, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11. Brady has
another child, son John “Jack” Edward, 17, whom he shares with his former
flame Bridget Moynahan.
The legal drama surrounding the film It Ends with Us continues. There's an old

lawyers for actor/director Justin Baldoni are taking. In the wake of a lawsuit
filed against him by actress Blake Lively, Baldoni has now sued the NY Times
for $250 million claiming the paper
misled readers.
The lawsuit, which seeks $250 million in damages, accuses The Times of
uncritically accepting a “self-serving narrative” by the actress that Mr.
Baldoni, his production company and their public relations team worked to
harm her reputation after she complained about misconduct during the film’s
shooting. It asserts that the Dec. 21 article deliberately omitted portions
of text exchanges and other information that contradicted the actress’s
version of events.
“The article’s central thesis, encapsulated in
a defamatory headline designed to immediately mislead the reader, is that
plaintiffs orchestrated a retaliatory public relations campaign against
Lively for speaking out about sexual harassment — a premise that is
categorically false and easily disproven,” the lawsuit said.
They aren't claiming that the text messages mentioned in the previous story
are false, only that they don't provide a full context. I guess we'll see what
they can come up with but I'm not sure how you can spin this in a
different direction.
LSU gymnastics star Olivia ‘Livvy‘ Dunne and her boyfriend, National League Rookie of the Year Paul Skenes,
were partying on Bourbon Street just hours before the New Year’s terrorist
attack that killed 15 people. Dunne and Skenes were joined by Pirates
prospect Bubba Chandler and his girlfriend at a bar in the area before tragedy
struck.

posted a photo
of the couples having a good time on her Instagram story. Another image
showed Bourbon Street adorned with Georgia flags on buildings, a tip of the
hat to one of the participants in last evening’s Sugar Bowl.
The
photo provided no context, with the exception of the social media influencer
adding a broken heart emoji.

Tony Award-winning stage actor Linda Lavin, who also starred in the hit TV sitcom “Alice," has died. She was 87. Lavin died Sunday in Los Angeles from complications from recently discovered lung cancer, a spokesperson for the actress told the Associated Press.
Lavin transition from Broadway to Hollywood in the mid-1970s and won the leading role in a new CBS sitcom based on the Martin Scorsese-directed film “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.”
The rejoinder “kiss my grits” that the actors used on one another became an icon American catchphrase.
