Flotsam and Jetsam - Maybe I'll Meet You at the Jubilee

At Space.com, Trump signs new national space policy to enable 1,000 US rocket launches per year. From the White House, a Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Launches the Golden Age of Space Transportation.

Quote Lara Korte @lara_korte, "Today, I was informed that the Department of Defense is firing me for insubordination after I told a CBS reporter that I work for Stars and Stripes – not the Pentagon, not any administration, and not any policy maker." Buzz Patterson @BuzzPatterson, "The problem is, George, that nobody in uniform trusts them. We’ve learned the hard way. And, you’ve never read that rag either. You never served. Crawl back into your hole, creep." Quote George Conway @gtconway3d, "Outrageous and sad. Decades have been devoted to building up the credibility of this publication to earn the trust of everyone in uniform—credibility and trust now being summarily destroyed by narcissistic and. ignorant hacks like Hegseth."

At NYPo, Trump’s bill prompts steep SNAP enrollment decline — including over 50% in one state. At Althouse, "Ancient societies had another method to deal with debt. It was called an amargi — a blanket declaration of public debt cancellation." ""All public debts written off. Disappeared. It sounds laughable, I know. But, really, that’s just because the idea has been buried so deeply in history you’ve probably never heard of it. In the ancient world, it presented a pragmatic solution to an intractable problem. And now, faced with impossible-to-repay debts that are weighing down our economy, is the time to look at the amargi and the lessons it offers about how to think about finance...." From "$40 Trillion Debt? The ancient Israelites had the Jubilee, on the 50th year,  The fields were left unplanted and unharvested, allowing the land to rest completely.  Ancestral lands that families had to sell due to hard times were returned to their original owners, stopping permanent generational poverty. Israelites who had sold themselves into servitude to pay off debts were freed and allowed to return to their families. Forgiveness of Debts: Financial obligations were lifted to restore economic equality within the community." I understand it was mostly honored in the breach.  Shake it shake it Sugaree, I'll meet you at the Jubilee, and if that Jubilee don't come, maybe I'll meet you on the run. In a few years, that may become the only choice.

People got comfortable. They stopped having children. It happens to every prosperous civilization. Nothing to be done. This is wrong. Or rather, it is incomplete in the way that matters most. Rome didn’t stop having children because it got wealthy. It stopped having children because it built a welfare state – and the welfare state did what welfare states always do: it replaced the incentives that make people build families with incentives that make people consume instead. The grain dole began modestly. Around 40,000 recipients in 73 BC. By Caesar’s time: 320,000. That eightfold expansion in under three decades was not a plan – it was a political mechanism. Each magistrate who wanted votes expanded eligibility. Each expansion normalized the next. The citizen who once considered the dole shameful eventually expected it, then demanded it, then organized politically to protect it...." Larry Elder at Hat Hair wonders Did Hakeem Jeffries Discover the Price of 'Free' Healthcare? I doubt it, the only math Democrats do is count votes.

Roger Kimball at Am Great, Jamie Raskin’s Trump Obsession Trumps Antisemitism, "They want to acknowledge the sudden rise in antisemitism but they can’t bear to acknowledge that Donald Trump was doing something about it." ZitoSalena @ZitoSalena, "@AndyBeshearKY picked an odd fight to take up with Vance. First for a man of privilege to question the geographic credentials of a man who grew up in Middletown, Ohio, and Kentucky, with the former right on the edge of the government’s definition of Appalachia and the latter well within it, is curious at best. “Then there is the large populations of people who identify with Appalachia because their families live just a smidge outside the region due to migration for jobs. J.D. Vance is one of those,” @TomMaraffa. For Beshear to try to strip away Vance’s identity for political kudos makes little sense. To have someone mention Appalachia as a point of pride should be something to celebrate, not admonish. Especially if you grew up with your father having a seat at a state government’s table of power." Quote Beshear Operative @Beshearop, "Andy Beshear throws shade at JD Vance via the WSJ: “He’s not from Appalachia. Driscoll at Insty says EMBRACE THE HEALING QUALITY OF “AND ALL OF THE ABOVE:” Margot Cleveland @ProfMJCleveland, "This morning a question popped into my head for the first time: WHY did Comey do the 86 47 seashell picture? What WAS his REAL motivation? Because he (and his wife) spent a lot of effort to do it, so there had to be a reason. 1/Margot Cleveland @ProfMJCleveland, "2/ What are the possible motivations? "According to Schmidt, there is nothing wrong with the Russia collusion narrative at all—it just hasn’t been proven yet." Hans Mahncke @HansMahncke, "It was always highly conspicuous that the entire anti-Trump hoax industry began with something as unconventional as claiming he was a Russian agent. It was almost as if Democrats had concluded that the tried and tested sex scandal route was useless against Trump. To be fair, they did throw Stormy Daniels into the mix, but that had more to do with squeezing Michael Cohen than anything else. Then came Ukraine, which was essentially an extension of the Russia operation. Then came the classified documents saga, which grew directly out of the same Russia Russia universe. They eventually tried the bizarre New York civil case with the freakish woman, but even that failed to move the needle. So after more than a decade of Russia, Ukraine, impeachments, prosecutions, classified documents, civil cases, and just about every conceivable line of attack, watching them circle all the way back to an affair scandal feels almost comically desperate." Quote Aaron Rupar @atrupar, "photos of Natalie Harp in Trump's limo with Trump as they leave the golf course yesterday and then her entering the White House upon their return."

Flotsam and Jetsam - Monday, Monday, Can't Trust that Day

Barely any news made it through the weekend, but here it goes anyway. From News Wax, CENTCOM Commander Cooper: USS Lincoln Visit 'Awe-Inspiring' after CNN voiced concerns that the food was boring after 240 days without making port. Sundance reports President Trump Makes a Surprise Announcement on U.S. Military Support to South Korea "Based on my very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, of North Korea, I am not happy with the fact that the United States has, long ago, agreed to participate in Joint Military Exercises with South Korea. These exercises are not only costly, with much of these costs paid for by the United States of America (as usual!), but send a signal that is totally inappropriate and hostile, to a Country that, as long as Donald J. Trump has been President, has been unthreatening and respectful. Therefore, and based on the fact that it is too late to cancel, I have instructed Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to substantially reduce the Joint Military Exercises! While somewhat unrelated (?), I recently asked the President of South Korea if they would like to join us in the Denuclearization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and they said, “No thanks!” Thank you for your attention to this matter.” Unrelated my ass! He also hosts Sunday Talks: AG Todd Blanche -vs- DSA Advocate Kristen Welker. She needs to get her thyroid checked. Commonplace recommends Trump Slam The USMCA Back Door, "For the trade agreement to survive, it must keep China out of North America." TownHall's Joe Chalfant likes how Trump Is Opening the Financial Floodgates to Keep Republicans in Office. At the Atlantic Council, Iran is draining its leverage in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump’s best move is to let it happen. At USA Today, Nicole Russell writes Karoline Leavitt exposed Democrats' double standard on women.

RedState's Nick Arama sees El-Sayed Tries to Attack Rogers in Michigan Senate Race, but It Boomerangs on Him. At Hat Hair Larry Elder hears Obama to Tell 'the Brothers' to Vote for El-Sayed and Josh Hammer asserts The Electoral Integrity Issue Isn't Israel -- It's Islam. Catturd ™ @catturd2, "This is why Democrats have to cheat in every election." Quote Benny Johnson @bennyjohnson, "The room is PACKED to hear Rockstar Democrat Senator Mark Kelly at the Nation’s LARGEST progressive youth conference. We have NEVER seen ENTHUSIASM like this." A nearly empty room. The Great Victor Davis Hanson, at the Blade of Perseus explores Who’s Been Destroying Norms? Joe Chalfant hears Democrat Ro Khanna Thinks That Racist America Needs a 'Multi-Racial New Deal', like the old one didn't do enough damage. Twitchy calls it the 'Biggest F**k You in HISTORY:' Mark Cuban ENDS Ro Khanna in HEATED Back and Forth About Wealth Tax.

Althouse is concerned about Socialists in shorts, "I'm reading the NYT article "Is the Democratic Party Facing Its Own Tea Party Moment? A string of primary wins by progressive candidates has revealed the strength of a high-energy insurgent movement but also its potential limitations," which you can read for yourself at that gift link," and bemused by "Former Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona is being sued in North Carolina under the state's 'homewrecker' law." "Sinema admitted in a deposition to having a sexual relationship with her then-married former bodyguard. Sinema argues the affair did not happen in North Carolina, so she shouldn't be sued in that state. The lawsuit was filed by Heather Ammel, the ex-wife of Sinema's former bodyguard Matthew Ammel...." I'm reading "'We went inside and had sex.' Sinema details affair with bodyguard" (The Arizona Republic)."

Jonathan Turley worries about Rage Politics: Hakeem Jeffries Will Take a Baseball Bat to the Supreme Court. I think Trump and the Republicans should make an attempt to pack the court ASAP, just to get the Democrats on record that it's a bad idea.

Sundance hosts Sunday Talks: Jim Jordan Discusses Recent Revelations and Declassifications About FBI Misconduct, a topic dear to his heart.

Civitas Institute discourses on The Fall of Fauci. Tom Knighton at TAW says It's not just Fauci, "It’s not just Fauci who is the problem. It’s damn near everyone involved in the system itself."

Lee Kuan Yimby @LeeKuanYimby, "This story gets crazier. The Mayor of Lawrence, left court today in a Dodge Charger and rammed into another car and left the scene. Same Mayor that can't speak English, and stole $1.5M in covid money." The Vigilant Fox @vigilantfox, "RFK Jr. reveals what HHS found when they went looking for the 375,000 migrant kids Biden lost. "It's a huge, huge tragedy." "One guy pretended to be the parent of 42 children. We have no idea what happened to those kids." "We're now finding them. We found about 137,000 of them, but a lot of them you just can't find. There was about 60 kids who were sent to one address. When we looked at that address, it was a container, a steel container in the middle of a parking lot." "A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves."..."

Dave Strom at Hat Hair, sees it's Out in the Open: Antisemites Not Even Trying to Hide It Anymore. Katya Sedgwick @KatyaSedgwick, "Why are we bringing foreigners to our country to break our civil rights laws?" Quote StopAntisemitism @StopAntisemites, "Fatana Karimi, owner of Karimi Brows in Alexandria VA, kicks out a Jewish client over her Israeli ethnicity. Attorneys - our DM’s are open, we’re happy to connect you with the victim!" Visegrád 24 @visegrad24, "A New York town is facing a federal lawsuit after officials refused to allow a Christian Nativity display in a public square while permitting Islamic religious displays. The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has sued the town of Brighton, New York, accusing officials of violating the First Amendment through viewpoint discrimination. According to the complaint, a local physician repeatedly asked for more than two years to place a life-size Nativity scene in the Twelve Corners public square during the Christmas season. Those requests were not approved even though the town had allowed other private religious displays, including a large Ramadan banner." Mazelit Airaksinen hears a Nurse Fired for Calling Jews “Vermin” Claims To Have Been With Luigi Mangione on Night of Murder, "He couldn’t have done it. He was with me at the laundromat all night” claimed Hart."

Another Driscoll post about Jason Ardray at Insty starts with ROGER KIMBALL: The Unmaking of Jason Arday. From the Right Times with Kathy Gyngell, My Week In Review: Leftism Killed Jason Arday, Just As It Has Corrupted Us All, "Jason Arday, Rod Liddle, and a fortnight that exposed who the real gatekeepers of 'acceptable' opinion are." At Richard Hanania's Newsletter They're the Ones Who Told Us to Pay Attention to Jason Arday. "Don't let academia forget this story."

Matt Margolis is impressed that Sophie Cunningham Just Gave Leftists Another Reason to Hate Her. "She climbed onto the bar at Clayton's Country Bar in Indianapolis and led the crowd in Toby Keith's "Courtesy of the Red, White & Blue." Video of the moment spread across social media within hours, and the crowd sang every word right along with her." RedState's Ward Clark hears Caitlyn Jenner Has a Simple Answer to the WNBA's Transgender Player Problem "Cathy, XX, you’re in. XY you’re out. It’s that simple." It is that simple, but it will never satisfy the trans grievance community.

Flotsam and Jetsam - Terms of Iran MOU Released

From Cameron Arcand at TownHall, We Now Know What's Inside the Iran Agreement. “We’re not going to be taking their word for anything,” a senior U.S. official said when asked about “compliance” for Iran’s adherence to the deal, particularly when it comes to nuclear development, adding that the U.S. will “work very closely with the International Atomic Energy Agency [IAEA].” Driscoll at Insty, IRAN: It All Boils Down to Trusting Trump; UPDATED: MOU Released, "It seems, from what Trump and Vance are saying, as well as from what administration officials have leaked to news outlets, that the deal’s guarantee boils down to Trump’s willingness to continue bullying Iran into cutting a further deal within the next 60 days. Or more, since the deadline can be extended indefinitely at the agreement of both parties." At Althouse, "But they have a new group of leaders that I think is, uh, actually I think they're smarter. I think they're very smart. I think they're far less radicalized," says Trump at a news conference, and "This way, if it works, I take the credit. If not, I blame JD! You better be careful, JD!"

Matt Vespa at TownHall, No Way CNN Did This Regarding the Algae in the Reflecting Pool?! At Althouse, They had to know this would happen: "Trump’s $14m 'American flag blue' reflecting pool turns green with algae." "I'm reading the news in The London Times." There is some suspicion that saboteurs dumped a pile of nutrients in it to restart the algae bloom. The pool is a natural site for algae; shallow and sunlite, receiving nutrients from rain and duck shit; without heavy treatment or filtration it will always grow lots of algae. One natural solution might be to stock it with algae filtering mussels and fish, but I suspect that would require a lot of management.

Also at Althouse, "The storm comes and splits at the White House and goes around the White House and the Ellipse. The President believes that… it was divine intervention." Matt Vespa, Trump Faces Another Lawsuit From a Bunch of DC Losers Over Planned Garden of Heroes Project “It is beyond comprehension why anyone would sue over an exhibition that celebrates American greatness by highlighting some of the most pivotal figures in our nation’s history,” Katie Martin, an Interior Department spokeswoman, said in a statement. “Either these people hate America or are suffering from a severe case of [Trump Derangement Syndrome].” From Twitchy, Rumors Squashed: Knicks Confirm White House Visit as Libs Melt Down. At NYPo, Jeffrey Epstein was obsessed with trying to take down Trump before suicide, report says, just another thing shared by Epstein and the Democrat leaders.

Althouse finds "But, without Mamaw around to guide him, JD lost his faith in God. 'With her gone, no one really cared about my faith, and soon I stopped caring too.'" "From "God, guns and 'Mamaw' — JD Vance’s memoir is part rant, part sermon/In Communion: Finding My Way Back to Faith, the US vice-president explains why the liberal elite pushed him into the arms of the Church — and Donald Trump" (London Times)."

Driscoll calls for POPCORN! Watch Hillary Clinton Absolutely SQUIRM When Pressed to Comment About Graham Platner. Western Lensman @WesternLensman, "Hillary zigs and zags when asked about Graham Platner: “He’s had some bumps on the road." Ok, but if you were a Mainer, would you vote for him? “I’m not a Mainer. I’m a New Yorker." **Changes subject** The Dem elite's squirming and deflecting on this guy is something else." Matt Vespa wonders Did Hakeem Jeffries Think He Was Safe on This Show? He Got Bulldozed, "watch Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) get caught completely off guard as he attempts to criticize the Trump administration for the high cost of living on Good Day New York. He wasn’t expecting this at all (via Fox News):" From the Free Bacon, Texas’s James Talarico, 37, Shares His Only Checking Account With His Mom "Talarico’s mother and adoptive father contributed $1,437.84 to his 2021 campaign to cover 'moving expenses' when he was 32." Joe Chalfant at TownHall reports James Talarico Got Paid Tens of Thousands of Dollars by a Firm That Teaches Your Kids That They're Racist. Jonathan Turley is outraged by a Candidate Struck from Alaska Ballot Over Alleged Democratic Dirty Trick: “By Any Means Necessary.” Joe Weber at JTN reports a Democrat socialist candidate had wide lead in bid to become DC's next mayor, after Tuesday balloting. "In the District of Columbia's other big primary race, D.C. Council member Robert White won the Democratic nomination for D.C. delegate to Congress." Jon Levine @LevineJonathan, "DSA is essentially a wealthy, white, highly educated movement which very carefully selects candidates from their 0.00001% members of color to try and sell the ideas to black and brown people who are historically extremely averse to socialism." Tironianae Z. - Ultra Verbum Vincet @Tironianae, "JUST IN: Governor Abigail Spanberger officially signs a bill handing over Virginia’s 13 electoral votes to whoever wins the most votes across the whole country… even if Virginians vote the other way. Insane. They rushed it through with mostly Democrat votes. The plan has 222 votes. It needs 270 to actually start working. Once it does, your vote in Virginia doesn’t matter anymore. The Founders made the Electoral College so a few big cities don’t boss the whole country. This is a sneaky Democrat power grab to cheat that. “Every vote counts the same”? Lies. Virginians are pissed off, and they should be. They got played."

VodkaPundit at PJM, How Deep Are the Newsoms in It? THIS Deep. "TL;DR: Siebel Newsom produced unwatchable propaganda videos for children, for which Democrat-dominated schools then paid her handsomely. Or as MacDonald summed it up, "Over the past decade, Siebel Newsom has collected over $3.7 million in combined personal salary and LLC payouts funded by the nonprofit."" Jeff Charles at TownHall, explains Why Trump's Labor Secretary Is Threatening to Withholding Unemployment Funds to Blue States. John Sexton examines The Costs of Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick Ruling Against Elon Musk. Corporate flight. David Pivtorak @TheDavidPiv, "I love how every article like this is like, "Hi, I'm a disabled, transgender anchor baby whose family's existence was drain on American taxpayers. I hate children and my sexual fetish is watching homeless drug addicts writhing in their own feces on the sidewalk so I love the status quo here in LA. Anyway, please vote for the candidate that will allow me to keep pleasuring myself to the sight of living corpses on our streets."" Quote Los Angeles Times@latimes, ""Pratt’s loudest fans fundamentally loathe modern-day L.A., and that should chill all other Angelenos," writes The Times' columnist Gustavo Arellano. Dilan Esper @dilanesper, "oh wow, it turns out the guy who supposedly was expressing society's rage at health care execs was actually crazy and didn't know right from wrong. ok." Quote The Associated Press @AP "BREAKING: Luigi Mangione will assert a psychiatric defense at his state murder trial in killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, judge says."

Jonathan Turley @JonathanTurley, "“If they do this, they might as well rename the damn thing the Anti-MAGA Task Force.” Those words from internal memos shed new light on not just the targeting of parents at school board meetings as possible terrorists, but the legacy of Merrick Garland..." From Ace, Federal Judge Upholds Conviction of Judge Who Illegally Aided Criminal Illegal Aliens to Escape ICE, "This is a bad day for high-calorie Karens. But that's just a day ending in a -day." And Soros DA Larry Krasner of Philadelphia Is Brutally Taken Down by (Democrat) Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Which Accuses Him of Bad-Faith and Lying In Order to Set Convicted Murderers Free with No Legal Justification.

Jimmy G @jimmygards, "They just can’t help themselves. Thousands of Europeans are seeing more of America this summer than many New York Times staffers ever will."

From NYPo, Jeff Bezos told Trump the Washington Post was his worst investment before slashing staff: ‘People there are terrible’

Insty, ICYMI: HERE’S THE LINK TO RUPERT LOWE’S HORRIFYING BRITISH RAPE GANG REPORT. Jamie Bambrick @j_bambrick, "Here are eight essential quotes from @RupertLowe10's Rape Gang Inquiry. 1) This was a nationwide, not merely local, phenomenon. "...that this was never a series of isolated local failures. It was a coordinated, nationwide pattern of organised child sexual exploitation that repeated in town after town, city after city, from the far north to the south coast." 2) The scale was enormous, more than anyone dared to think. "The scale of the crimes committed is staggering. It has been previously established that, at the very least, 250,000 young white girls have been subjected to repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, pregnancy, forced Islamic conversion, and lifelong trauma. The true number is probably higher." 3) As has been reported, the vast majority of perpetrators were Pakistani Muslims. " In court records and official inquiries, around 87% of those convicted in these group-based child sexual exploitation (‘CSE’) cases bore distinctively Muslim names... Dr. Taj Hargey, an imam with the Oxford Islamic Congregation, believes the true proportion of gang members who are Muslims to be around 95%." 4) Vulnerable girls were targeted using a consistent method. "Organised networks of perpetrators built coordinated operations that transported victims between locations, supplied them with drugs and alcohol, recorded abuse for distribution and blackmail, and passed girls between multiple adult men." 5) The police, and other institutions, knew what was happening and ignored it...."

Concerned Citizen @BGatesIsaPyscho, "One of the UK Rape Gang Victims publicly spoke about her life shattering ordeal - and then British Police arrested her for it within 30 minutes and sent her to prison. It’s actually beyond comprehension." Mish @Mish_K_, ""At the police station, Kate was taken into the interview room. Before the interview began, and without Kate’s mother present, Kate was told that this was her “last chance” to say that her report was untrue. She was warned that if any part of her account could not be supported by evidence, she could and would be arrested. For an extended period of time, both officers repeatedly told her how much trouble she would be in if any detail of her statement was disproved, and that she could withdraw the allegation before the interview started with no further consequences. They also suggested that her parents would be relieved if she said the incident had not happened.""

Lozzy B𝕏 @TruthFairy131, "The ‘Stand up to Racism’ pro-migration group in the UK has used a picture of a little White girl with a Pakistani migrant in their campaign. This is after hundreds of thousands of little White girls have been groomed, terrorised, tortured, gang raped & killed by Pakistani Muslim grooming gangs. This isn’t just cruel, sick, deranged & twisted, it is EVIL. I’m so done with this shit. They are literally mocking & tormenting rape gang child victims now." S A M M Y Woodhouse @officialsammyuk, "This morning, I appeared on Good Morning Britain in a live interview about the grooming gangs. Before I went on air, I was told not to mention the race of the perpetrators. I, of course, didn’t listen. I have now received an apology from the editor. Flotsam and Jetsam - Happy Birthday President Trump!

It looks like you had a hell of a party for your 80th birthday. Insty, IF THIS DOESN’T LOOK AT LEAST A LITTLE FUN, YOU MIGHT NOT BE AMERICAN: Marc Thiessen @marcthiessen, "I’ve never been to a UFC fight, but I once went to a monster truck/motocross rally in rural Maine and saw a part of America I’d never experienced before. Trump is opening the White House to those Americans and it’s awesome. If you’re offended by that you may be an elitist snob." And PRETTY MUCH -> At Althouse, Deploying the TR precedent to promote fighting at the White House and Those who like to call out Trump for his narcissism got a big disappointment last night as the supposed birthday party was not a birthday party at all. Flotsam and Jetsam - England Has a 'George Floyd' Problem and It Was Primary Day in Cali

I mentioned it in passing yesterday morning but it blew up later in the day. It seems quite some time ago, a young British lad, Henry Nowak either got in a spat with a Sikh, Vickrum Digwam, 23 and was stabbed 4 time with the 21 cm (8 inch) Sikh 'ceremonial' knife. Sikhs are legally allowed to carry knives that ordinary British citizens are not, due to a religious requirement that Sikhs always carry a knife. Digwam's family called Police and accused Nowak of racism, and they put Nowak in handcuffs and chatted with and released Digwam. Meanwhile, Digwam's mother was called to the scene and took the dagger away, cleaned it and hid it. Nowak bled out on the street while the police ignored his pleas. The police actions were recorded on body cams, the footage of which was released two days ago, leading to riots. British police have apparently been explicitly trained to take minorities sided in racial incidents. After investigation, Digwam was charged with murder, and his mother with being an accessory. TCW, The sickening footage of dying Henry Nowak that shows how twisted the police have become. At Insty they are all over it, BRITAIN’S GEORGE FLOYD MOMENT, Driscoll cites BRENDAN O’NEILL: The merciless mistreatment of Henry Nowak, BUT THEY WERE LECTURING PEOPLE ABOUT BEING “DIVISIVE” TODAY and KONSTANTIN KISIN: How America’s Racial Politics Poisoned Britain. and VodkaPundit, INDEED: George Alexopoulos @GPrime85, "There's no more accurate a metaphor for the West than slowly bleeding to death by the hand of barbarians while corrupt authorities tie our hands behind our back." Leslie Eastman at LI, Henry Nowak Killing Highlights Two-Tier Standard on Identity, Policing, and Justice in Britain, "Stabbing death of the 18-year-old at the hands of a Sikh falsely claiming racism, and Nowak’s subsequent handcuffing by the police as he lay dying, only received attention once Elon Musk began sharing the news on social media." If Not, Why Not? Northern Barbarian @xnoesbueno, "In America, when people rioted, burned things, looted, attacked police stations and courthouses because a crackhead career criminal had a heart attack while violently resisting arrest, our elites called it "social justice." What will your elites call it, these expressions of outrage over a boy being cuffed and left to bleed out because his killer cried racism? When the police who lied about it remain on the job, the murderer received the mildest of sentences, and those who aided and abetted haven't even been charged. When the commanders, governing boards, politicians and party that advanced a two-tier racism form of law enforcement remain not only unrepentant, but still in their positions?" Quote R A W S G L B A L@RawsGlobal, "#BREAKING: Full-scale riots have erupted in Southampton UK as hundreds of protesters clash with riot police throwing Glass bottles, bricks, and wheelie bins at officers as tensions continue to escalate throughout the area. Jarvis @jarvis_best, "I try not to contradict Nate very often but there’s a perfectly valid reason why it takes so long to count votes in California. Here is a typical timeline: Election Day: everyone votes Week 1: mail in ballots, absentee ballots, military ballots, overseas ballots, ballots accidentally issued to people’s pets, and ballots harvested from Skid Row start trickling in. Week 2: As the ballots pile up, Officials consider appointing a Committee to Count Ballots. Week 3: Committee to Count Ballots is appointed and commences discussion on electing a chairman. Week 4: deadline for ballots from illegal immigrants. Week 8: it is discovered that the Chairzerxon does not actually know how to count. Week 9: the ballots are thrown away and the Committee announces election results that are entirely made up."
