It seems quite some time ago, a young British lad, Henry Nowak either got in a spat with a Sikh, Vickrum Digwam, 23 and was stabbed 4 time with the 21 cm (8 inch) Sikh 'ceremonial' knife. Sikhs are legally allowed to carry knives that ordinary British citizens are not, due to a religious requirement that Sikhs always carry a knife.
