ABC chose to settle a lawsuit from Donald Trump over George Stephanopoulos'
repeated on air claim the Trump had been found liable for rape in the
Whatsername case in New York, when in fact, he had only been found civilly
liable for sexual assault. They chose to settle before discovery, which
strongly suggests they were afraid of what ABC documents would reveal. The
settlement is for $15 million in damages, to be donated to Trump's
presidential foundation and museum, and $1 million in lawyers fees and an on
air apology. Just 2 days ago, at WaEx, Trump to sit for deposition in lawsuit against ABC News anchor. Fox,

So I can’t tell you where I had the pleasure of meeting University of
Pennsylvania Law Professor Amy Wax over a cup of coffee. She is a petite
dynamo of a woman, full of energy, and photos don’t do her justice. Beyond
that, I invoke my Miranda “right to remain silent.”
Professor Wax has no intention of remaining silent:
Amy Wax, the tenured law professor who was disciplined by the
University of Pennsylvania for making controversial remarks about race and
gender, told Penn on Thursday that she will sue the university for race
discrimination if it does not drop the sanctions against her, according to a
letter from Wax’s lawyers obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. It’s the
latest salvo in a nearly three-year-long battle between Wax and the Ivy
League school, which announced in September that it was suspending her at
half-pay for one year.
Penn has until December 19 to
“conclusively disavow” those penalties. “Should you fail to do so,” the
letter states, “Professor Wax will file suit against the University.”
From the Telegraph, Gender ideology has been comprehensively beaten: three cheers for Terfs, "Wes Streeting’s decision to make the block on children receiving puberty blockers permanent is welcome." Beege Welborn at Hat Hair adds The MONSTERS in this country using, advocating, and profiting from this for children must be crushed legally, financially, and forever.
