We've made incremental progress in the election. NYT wept as they finally acknowledged that Trump won Arizona, securing 312 electoral votes and a complete run of the "battleground" states. RCP finds Republican gained another House seat, giving them 216 of the 218 needed to control the chamber. Most of the still undecided seats are in California. With 86% of the vote counted, RCP won't call the Arizona Senate seat, with Democrat Ruben Gallego slightly ahead of Republican Kari Lake. Most other outlets have called it for Gallego, which would leave the Senate 53/47 Republican.

Althouse, We'll forget how to agonize about money in politics if it keeps getting spent with such ineffective and hilarious profligacy. "Law school congratulated Hillary Clinton when she won Dem nomination in 2016." It's a badge of honor. This is an amazing clip, because it shows exactly how our debates end up being rigged by those who claim offense. The solution—“solution”—that is suggested is for Singleton to completely concede his position. It’s “do carry on, but not with the view you were expressing.” https://t.co/u66QCqV58E
