Flotsam and Jetsam - Devin Archer Dishes on the Bidens

Two days after the corrupt Garland/Biden DOJ sent a letter to Devin Archer's judge from an unrelated case, suggesting that now would be a good time to put him in jail, pending his appeal of his sentence, Devin Archer testified to the House Committee (not in public). As expected, he testified that Hunter would fairly routinely call Dad while they were meeting potential "clients", and that the purpose of those calls was to sell "the brand," the brand being Hunter's influence with the big guy. As you might anticipate, if you're cynical like me, is that people from different parties have different views of what actually this really means. Republicans are pretty sure this means Joe knew Hunter was selling the Biden name, and was going along, and likely pushing policies conducive to the clients interests. Democrats are falling back on the idea that, because Joe did not ask for any cash, or promise any policies on the phone, that Hunter was basically scamming the clients with his promise of influence, and Dad was just an innocent bystander who didn't really understand the purposes of the calls.

He also testified that Burisma wanted Hunter Biden on its board because Joe Biden's "brand" would help Burisma.

Burisma wanted to do business in America. But to do so, Burisma would need to get the investigation into it for money laundering and other crimes quashed.

And then Joe Biden conditioned a one billion dollar loan on Ukraine firing the prosecutor Shokin that was blocking Burisma from making the big dollars in America.

He also said that Burisma almost went bankrupt -- but that the "Joe Biden Brand" helped them escape that fate.

"The Big Guy" delivered for "the brand."

What the impact is in six months when voting starts in Iowa remains to be seen. The downside, of course, is possible conviction and incarceration that a federal pardon could not cure. . . .  The infamous “find votes” call appears to be part of it, but IMO if that’s all there is, it’s not enough because arguably it was a request to properly count all votes, not create fictitious votes."

'Jonathan Gault' at Am Think says Beware the ‘Long Count’. There should be no reason for ballot counting to last a month, :
In 1997, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled in Foster v. Love that, as one article carefully explains, “Elections Undecided by Midnight are Void & Preempted by Federal Law.” The Court’s clear ruling must be understood to nullify long counts. At the very least, the issue must be litigated, adjudicated, confirmed, and broadly publicized before the 2024 Election to ensure that the Federal Election Commission will void election results in any jurisdiction that engages in counting past election day, ensuring that it doesn’t again occur.
