Rule 5 Saturday - Leaping into the Weekend with Taylor Carpenter

Something a little different for Rule 5 Saturday - Taylor Carpenter, a parkour teacher. TED
Taylor Lynn Carpenter is a professional parkour athlete, coach, and content creator from Hawai'i. As a hybrid athlete, she blends parkour with lifting, climbing and acrobatics to push the boundaries of human movement. Living nomadically, she competes internationally and plays a key role in the Apex School of Movement, developing programs, coaching athletes and growing local and global parkour communities. Passionate about making movement more accessible, she strives to inspire others to embrace fear, adaptability and creativity — spreading a love for movement wherever she goes.

Parkour isn’t just for extreme athletes — it’s a life skill that can help anyone navigate the world more easily, says professional parkour athlete Taylor Lynn Carpenter. She pulls off some slick vaults, jumps, dives and rolls onstage, showing how the basic movements of parkour can help you maintain mobility, mitigate injuries and rediscover your sense of adventure.

Random Celebrity News

For the usual values of random, celebrity and news. First, at Breitbart, Former Gymnast Slams ACLU Trans Ad with Megan Rapinoe: ‘Sports Are Not About Inclusion’

Former gymnast Jennifer Sey rebuked the ACLU and Megan Rapinoe after the organization posted a video supporting delusional males who believe they have a right to women’s sports and spaces. . . .Sey, who is a USA National artistic gymnastics champion and the founder of XX-XY Athletics, an activewear company that advocates for protecting women’s sports and spaces, told Fox News Digital the video made her “so angry.”

“Sports aren’t about any of those things. Sports are about competition. Sports are not about inclusion. Not everybody makes the team,” Sey told the outlet. “Sports are competing and striving to get better, and it’s about self-reliance and picking yourself up when you fall down. They’re not about freedom. There’s rules in sports. Three strikes and you’re out,” she added. “There’s rules across every single sport. So I don’t know what these people are talking about, and to make it about this idea that sports aren’t about competition.”

Sey went on to say that males have biological advantages over women that are greater than performance-enhancing drugs, and said she believes Rapinoe would have wanted a fair playing field during her soccer career.  “Megan Rapinoe has to be one of the most competitive women on the planet. She was on Olympic teams and World Cup teams. She’s one of the most famous soccer players ever. She’s full of it. It just makes me angry, and she’s pulling up the ladder behind her,” Sey said. “And I’m sure she would not have tolerated a single player taking performance-enhancing drugs because that provides an unfair advantage.”

At Althouse,  That can't feel good. Attention gained, mission accomplished.

"Her custom negligee dress and matching cape were crafted in silk georgette in a deep red garnet. But once Roan removed the cape, the result was a naked dress that seemingly exposed her breasts, with the silk georgette suspended by nipple rings."

I'm reading "Chappell Roan’s Naked Dress at Grammys Shocks Social Media/The double Grammy nominee created what was arguably the night's first viral moment when she turned up in a sheer look by Mugler" (Hollywood Reporter).

Congratulations on getting attention. It's quite a look, and it kind of looks good. But I'm just worried about that kind of weight suspended from pierced nipples. You're treating your breasts like hooks on the back of a bathroom door, things to hang clothing on.

Here's a closeup (on X) that highlights the pulling. It's not just an illusion that the whole bottom of the dress is hanging from those nipple rings. You can see the distortion from the weight. You can see the risk of injury. The viewer is drawn into the experience of pain and danger. Who is that for?

PJM's Mike Cantrell hears Nicki Minaj Calls Out Christian Voters Supporting Democrats After Minnesota Church Chaos

In a post on X following the Grammys, Minaj wrote, “Any Christian who votes democrat again is a fool. They’re showing people that it’s ok to disrupt a church during worship. This is how they truly feel about you. The veil is lifted. No morals. No integrity. It’s not enough for them to have an opinion, they’ve escalated to physical intrusion of places of worship. The demons inside of them are so bothered. All the time.”

Grammy host Trevor Noah — perhaps one of the least funny people in Hollywood, even worse than Stephen Colbert — took shots at Minaj and her recent expression of admiration for President Donald Trump. Keep in mind, Noah left hosting Comedy Central’s Daily Show after the program lost 75% of its viewership.

“Nicki Minaj is not here,” Noah said during the broadcast. “She is still at the White House with Donald Trump discussing very important issues.” Queer artist and actor Billy Porter also slammed Minaj during a red-carpet interview, bluntly saying, “f**k her.”

Minaj, much like the president, does not sit back on her haunches when critics unfairly target and attack her. Much to the chagrin of the left, she punches back — hard. The rapper tore into Noah, referring to him as a closeted gay man and saying, “Trevor refuses to come out the closet when everyone in the industry knows his boyfriend. Allegedly.”

Random Celebrity News

For some values of random celebrity and news. First, Breitbart reports US-Born Skier Eileen Gu Again Chooses to Represent China in 2026 Winter Games, but is it for the little girls or for the money?

American-born Olympic freestyle skiing gold medalist Eileen Gu is defending her decision to represent China once again at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy. The two-time gold medalist competed for China’s Olympic team in 2022 and is defending her decision to stick with China this year. In a new interview, Gu claimed she was trying to inspire more girls in China to participate in her sport, which is less popular there. “The U.S. already has the representation. I like building my own pond,” she said, TIME magazine reported. Gu also insisted that the millions she earns from Chinese companies don’t “cross her mind.”

TIME claimed that the skier “insists the potential to earn more representing Chinese companies didn’t cross her mind. ‘I’m glad that there’s enough money in the sport now for people to think that’s a consideration,’” Gu told the magazine. She says she is “important” because she can discuss physics on one day and then walk the catwalk in a fashion show the next.

Also from Breitbart Scarlett Johansson, Cate Blanchett, & More Stars Back Anti-AI Campaign: ‘Stealing Our Work Is Not Innovation’.

Actors Scarlett Johansson, Cate Blanchett, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are reportedly among 700 supporters of a new anti-AI campaign. “Stealing our work is not innovation,” the initiative asserts. “It’s theft.” “America’s creative community is the envy of the world and creates jobs, economic growth, and exports,” the anti-artificial intelligence effort, titled, “Stealing Isn’t Innovation,” reads. “But rather than respect and protect this valuable asset, some of the biggest tech companies, many backed by private equity and other funders, are using American creators’ work to build AI platforms without authorization or regard for copyright law,” the message continues.

The one thing I like about AI is that it's likely to replace the people that deserve it. It's not all that smart, but neither are they.

The recently-launched initiative goes on to assert, “Artists, writers, and creators of all kinds are banding together with a simple message: Stealing our work is not innovation. It’s not progress. It’s theft — plain and simple.”

The Human Artistry Campaign — a coalition made up of creators, unions, and industry groups advocating for their rights in the era of artificial intelligence — is the entity behind the anti-generative AI push, insisting that “a better way exists.”

ABC News,  Actress Sydney Sweeney could face legal trouble after draping Hollywood Sign with bras. They had me at Sydney Sweeney and bra.

An apparent publicity move by Sydney Sweeney could bring legal trouble for the actress. The 28-year-old pulled a promotional stunt at the Hollywood Sign for what's believed to be her new lingerie brand.

Sweeney could be looking at possible trespassing and vandalism charges after draping the Hollywood Sign with dozens of bras. The actress had a crew filming the whole thing, and the video was first obtained by TMZ.

In the cover of darkness, the video shows Sweeney tossing several clotheslines of bras over the big letters of the sign. It was apparently a stunt to support her new lingerie line, though the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce says the production involving Sweeney was not authorized. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce owns the intellectual property rights to the image of the Hollywood Sign, and they say a "license or permission" would be needed from them to access the sign. They say that step never happened.
From Page 6, Haley Baylee begs judge to toss ex-husband Matt Kalil’s lawsuit over her comments about his penis size
Haley Baylee is requesting her ex-husband Matt Kalil’s lawsuit be dismissed after he sued the influencer over comments she made about his penis size. In court papers obtained by Page Six, Baylee is requesting the presiding judge dismiss Kalil’s invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment lawsuit against her.

“Plaintiff’s complaint seeks to hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star,” the court papers read.
. . .
The model added that they divorced over a “specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a normal sexual relationship impossible.” The court docs then explain the couple made “desperate, years-long efforts to overcome this physical barrier and save their marriage.”
. . .
The model compared Kalil’s penis size to “two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

She should think of it as a challenge. From Bounding into Sports Lindsey Vonn Airlifted After Crash on Swiss Slopes

Olympic skiing legend Lindsey Vonn suffered a harrowing crash during the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup downhill race in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, on Friday. Reports indicate she was airlifted off the course for medical evaluation.

Vonn lost control after landing a jump in deteriorating visibility and heavy snow, skidding sideways into the safety netting. Her airbag deployed upon impact. She remained in the area for several minutes, clutching her left knee in pain, before medical staff assisted her.

Despite the agony, Vonn managed to ski slowly to the finish area, stopping multiple times, and was then harnessed and airlifted by helicopter to a nearby hospital.

“Lindsey Vonn fell in the Crans Montana downhill and is being evaluated,” the U.S. Ski Team reported. They have provided little in the way of details at this time.

I just heard on the tube that it was a non-displaced fracture, and that she expected to be able to ski in the Olympics. That seems dubious to me.

Random Celebrity News

For some values of random, celebrity and news. It's been a while and there's been a bit of build up in my digital fridge. At the Fiction Horizon, Sydney Sweeney Sparks Backlash After Cozy Moment With Freed Israeli Hostages Leaves Fans Divided.

"Sydney Sweeney is facing strong reactions online after meeting with two Israelis who were previously held hostage by Hamas. The moment came to light after pro-Israel advocacy group StandWithUs shared a photo of the actress standing with Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or. According to the group, the pair were taken during the October 7, 2023 attacks and later freed from Gaza in June 2024 during an Israeli military operation. In the photo posted by StandWithUs, Sweeney stands between them, smiling, with her arms placed behind their backs.
. . .
not everyone reacted positively. Many users criticized Sweeney for appearing with a group tied to pro-Israel advocacy. Others brought up her rumored connection to music executive Scooter Braun, who has previously helped raise funds for both Israeli hostage families and Palestinians in Gaza. One comment simply read, “Ewww.” Another said, “That’s the disappointment of the year.”
AlphaFox @alphafox "If you missed the full Sydney video, here you go:" At BIS, Paige Spiranac Says She’s Getting Death Threats Over Cheating Scandal. Some people take golf seriously. I don't
Paige Spiranac was recently caught in some controversy. She was accused of cheating during a tournament, confronted about it right on the green during match play, and reduced to tears. And now, she’s saying things have gotten even worse for her.

During the Internet Invitational, a Barstool Sports-sponsored golf tournament featuring 48 influencers competing for a $1 million prize, Spiranac was caught on camera during the final match brushing down tall grass in the rough. The move helped improve the lie for her teammate Malosi Togisala.

Even the most casual of golfers knows that improving a lie in any manner is a violation of golf rules. You can’t alter the course conditions. How Paige, an accomplished golfer, wouldn’t know that is anybody’s guess.

From Atop Da Hill, Lady Gaga Suffered Psychotic Break After Filming ‘A Star Is Born. How could she tell?

Lady Gaga says she had a “psychotic break” after filming “A Star is Born.” In an interview published Thursday by Rolling Stone, the “Abracadabra” singer said she was on lithium while filming the Bradley Cooper-directed movie to treat and prevent manic episodes.

Once the movie finished filming, Gaga went on a world tour to support her “Joanne” album, where she said that her mental health had taken an extreme hit.

“There was one day that my sister said to me, ‘I don’t see my sister anymore.’ And I canceled the tour,” the singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, told the publication. “There was one day I went to the hospital for psychiatric care. I needed to take a break.”

Mike Cantrell at PJM hears  Billionaire Elon Musk Strikes Back Against Billie Eilish for Calling Him 'Pathetic Pu**y' Maybe, but he's a rich pathetic pussy.

Billionaire Tesla CEO and X owner Elon Musk struck back at pop superstar Billie Eilish after she recently launched an unhinged rant against him, calling him a “f***ing pathetic p***y b***h coward” for not bankrupting himself to help the poor. Eilish should probably stick to making music, because her foray into politics continues to make her look painfully uneducated.
. . .
On Monday evening, Musk responded to Eilish’s comments, saying, "She's not the sharpest tool in the shed." When the topic is politics, especially poverty, the issues run far deeper than the singer understands. First of all, while the rich certainly should, morally speaking, use their wealth to improve the world around them, that moral duty doesn’t require them to support someone from cradle to grave.
Pro Football Network, BKFC Ring Girl Makes Feelings Known on Working for Co-Owner Conor McGregor

Currently, she has over 219k followers on Instagram and over 156.9k followers on TikTok. Always a fun time.”

McGregor uses his flamboyant style and social media presence to promote BKFC fights and events. He is also seen drinking, dancing, and partying with the ring girls and other BKFC members and fighters, sometimes even feuding with some, like Mike Perry. “The Notorious” has not been active inside the octagon since his 2021 leg injury. Mike Cantrell again,  Actress Raises Concern With Nude Content, Erratic Behavior in Strange Social Media Posts. Since when is that unusual in Hollywood?

Actress Taryn Manning, most well known for her role in the hit Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, is causing concern among many of her fans after she posted a bunch of naked images and videos that also show her exhibiting bizarre behavior. For a lot of folks, it echoes the weird content pop sensation Britney Spears has posted on Instagram in recent years, worrying fans that Manning might be heading straight into a serious mental health crisis.

Things took a strange turn on Monday, when Manning posted a video on Instagram of herself dancing around barefoot with her breasts playing peek-a-boo from within an unbuttoned shirt. Not long after the initial clip, she posted another, this time doing a strip tease and ditching her top completely. She captioned the video, "We have zero control of the outcome. Your birthday suit is yours. Remember we only became self-conscious after EVE messed up. Go back to the roots. Be free again."

The Jerusalem Post admires how Scarlett Johansson refused to remove Holocaust plot from Eleanor the Great. Good for her. It must be nice to have FU money.

Scarlett Johansson, whose films have grossed more than those of any other actress in history, put her clout to good use to save Eleanor the Great, her directorial debut, after a backer pulled out at the last minute, demanding that she change the Holocaust storyline that is central to the plot.

The movie stars 96-year-old June Squibb, who plays the best friend of a Holocaust survivor and who finds an unusual way to honor the memory of her friend’s family: Stumbling into a Holocaust survivor’s group, Eleanor pretends that the survival story is hers. In an interview with The Telegraph done at the Cannes Film Festival, where the film had its world premiere, and published ahead of the film’s UK premiere, Johansson said that with just weeks to go before filming began, a backer demanded that the Holocaust references be cut, or they would pull their funds.

The article quotes Johansson as saying, “I mean, if they’d said, ‘I’ll only back this if you shoot in New Jersey,’ or ‘We need to get this done by the spring’, then that would have been one thing. But they were objecting to what the film actually was. It had to be about what happens when someone gets caught in the worst lie imaginable; if not the Holocaust, then what could it be? They offered no alternative. It was just, ‘This is an issue.’”

Twitchy says Amanda Seyfried Says Socialism Is a Gorgeous Idea Because She’ll Never Actually Have to Live Under It. You never lose money betting on the ignorance of Hollywood stars.

From NYPo, Zoe Saldaña sparks backlash for claiming her ‘Avatar’ character is ‘racist’ Everything is racist. Even blue aliens.

Zoe Saldaña made a bold statement about her “Avatar” character, Neytiri. “Let’s face it, Neytiri’s a racist,” the actress, 47, said in a recent interview with CinemaBlend while promoting “Avatar: Fire and Ash.” “And she just… and she loses sight because of this blind fury that she has,” Saldaña continued.

The Oscar winner explained how Neytiri’s behavior affects her relationship with Jake Sully, played by Sam Worthington. “She loses sight that the person that she loves the most and respects the most in her life is her husband, and he is human, he’s a sky-person and I think it takes a lot of courage for Jake to be honest with her and to force her — even knowing that she is broken, that he knows that she needs to face this, because he sees in the direction that she’s heading and I think it’s much more familiar to him where Neytiri’s heading than for Neytiri herself,” she said.

Pop Culture, Kate Hudson Responds After Being Called ‘Monster’ by Real-Life Son of ‘Song Sung Blue’ Musician. Really, all she does is read the script.

Kate Hudson is weighing in after being called a “monster” by the real-life son of Song Sung Blue musician Mike Sardina. The actress, who plays Claire Sardina opposite Hugh Jackman’s Mike in the true story of Neil Diamond cover band Lightning & Thunder, has responded to criticism from Mike’s son, Michael Sardina Jr., who told the Daily Mail that the film is “all lies” and that he was “purposely cut out of the film,” despite being paid to consult on it.

“Honestly, I don’t even know — out of respect for our filmmakers, I’m not the right person to speak to it,” Hudson told The Hollywood Reporter in a new interview, adding that she had gotten to know the real-life Claire throughout the process: “I’m so happy that I got to know Claire, who’s such a wonderful woman, and she’s so happy with the movie.”

Random Celebrity News

For some definitions of random, celebrity and news. Sadly, I haven't done this in a while, and some links are so old they no long qualify as news even under my generous definition and will be passed up. First, From Consequence.net, Lily Allen’s West End Girl Is Being Released On Butt Plug-Shaped USB Drives.

Lily Allen has revealed her trolling game to be top-notch by announcing that her West End Girl album will be available on butt-plug shaped USB drives.

Today (December 3rd), the singer’s webstore has launched preorders for USB drives that have West End Girl preloaded on them — and they happen to be in the shape of a sex toy that fits up your rear end. It’s essential to note that it’s not an actual plug. The website notes that the item, that’s available in “limited quantities,” is listed as “a novelty USB device intended for data storage only.”

The reason for the butt plug-inspired USBs seemingly comes from Allen’s song “Pussy Palace,” specifically the lyrics, “Duane Reade bag with the handles tied/ Sex toys, butt plugs, lube inside,” which the world believes to be in reference to her ex-husband, Stranger Things star David Harbour, and his alleged secret stash.

TrashPanda reports Pop Star Sabrina Carpenter Gets Trolled Hard After Crying About ICE Using Her Song

A dispute unfolded this week between the White House and pop singer Sabrina Carpenter after she publicly objected to the Trump administration’s use of her music in a video promoting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The video, which featured Carpenter’s song “Juno” set over footage of ICE raids, included a caption referencing her lyrics: “Have you ever tried this one? Bye-Bye,” followed by emoji.

Carpenter reacted online, calling the use of her music “evil and disgusting” and writing on X, “Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”

Rusty Weiss at Bounding Into Sports hears Tennis Star Aryna Sabalenka Says Female Athletes Facing Biological Males ‘Not Fair’

Tennis star Aryna Sabalenka, a four-time Grand Slam champion and the current WTA World number one player, stated in a recent interview that transgender athletes hold a “huge advantage over women” in sports.

Common sense dictates that she is correct.

Sabalenka, in an interview with Piers Morgan, argued that it is “just not fair to women to basically face biological men,” as female athletes train their entire lives only to compete against biologically similar opponents.

On Page 6, Sydney Sweeney reveals truth about her breasts during lie detector test with Amanda Seyfried

Sydney Sweeney denied rumors that she has undergone breast augmentation surgery while taking a lie detector test with her “Housemaid” co-star Amanda Seyfried. “There’s been a question on everybody’s minds recently, and I just have to ask, are your boobs real?” Seyfried asked during a segment with Vanity Fair published Thursday.

“Yes,” Sweeney said while laughing. “I’ve never gotten any work done anywhere.”

The outlet’s lie detector proctor confirmed that the “Euphoria” star, 28, was being “truthful.” “Can I touch ’em?” Seyfried, 40, joked. “Sure,” Sweeney playfully responded.

No work needed. She's perfect as is.

From Outkick, Groundbreaking Tennis Player, Believed To Be First To Get A Boob Job While Active, Has Joined The Content Game. I hope they don't hurt her game.

French tennis player Oceane Dodin is getting into the content game. The groundbreaking athlete, believed to be the first active tennis player to get a boob job, joined OnlyFans.

The Sun reports that she signed a sponsorship deal with the exclusive content platform that could earn her in one year more than the roughly $2.8 million she's made during her tennis career, although no specifics about any deal were provided.

While Dodin is a leader as far as mid-career breast implants are concerned, she's not the first tennis player to join OnlyFans. Sachia Vickery and Nick Kyrgios have both reportedly already done so.

The Peacock, Bionic Lindsey Vonn wins World Cup downhill at age 41 to start her Olympic season. But is she too old for SI?

The queen of downhill skiing is well and truly back. At age 41, still faster than the rest. Lindsey Vonn raced to a stunningly fast win in a World Cup downhill at St. Moritz on Friday to earn her first victory in nearly eight years — and the first in her comeback with titanium implants in her right knee after a five-year retirement.

The United States ski great seized the lead by an astonishing 1.16 seconds ahead of Mirjam Puchner of Austria. Even wilder was that Vonn trailed by 0.61 after the first two time checks at the Swiss resort.

Vonn’s lead was later cut to 0.98 — still a massive margin in downhill — when unheralded Magdalena Egger took second place from teammate Puchner.  “It was an amazing day, I couldn’t be happier, pretty emotional,” Vonn told Swiss broadcaster RTS. “I felt good this summer but I wasn’t sure how fast I was. I guess I know now how fast I am.”

Random Celebrity News

For some values of "random," "celebrity" and "news." It's been a while, so they're coming in reverse chronological order. At Althouse, "Several Native influencers, performers, and academics took to social media this week to criticize Beyoncé or decry the shirt’s language as anti-Indigenous."

"'Do you think Beyoncé will apologize (or acknowledge) the shirt?' indigenous.tv, an Indigenous news and culture Instagram account with more than 130,000 followers, asked in a post Thursday. From "Fans criticize Beyoncé for shirt calling Native Americans 'the enemies of peace'" (AP).

What shirt? It was a T-shirt depicting the Buffalo Soldiers that stated that "their antagonists were the enemies of peace, order and settlement: warring Indians, bandits, cattle thieves, murderous gunmen, bootleggers, trespassers, and Mexican revolutionaries."

From RVM, Syrian National Charged in Foiled ISIS Terror Plot Targeting Taylor Swift Concert. How evil do you have to be to want to attack a concert full of teenage girls?

German prosecutors have charged a Syrian national with supporting a foreign terrorist organization in connection to a foiled plot to attack a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna in August 2024.

The individual, identified only as Mohamed A due to privacy laws and his status as a juvenile, is accused of assisting in the preparation of an attack inspired by the ideology of the Islamic State (ISIS).

The accused is not currently in custody, according to a statement released by the Federal Public Prosecutor General’s office.

NYPo reveals Rachel Zegler reveals psychiatrist, anxiety meds helped her deal with ‘Snow White’ backlash

Rachel Zegler has revealed that therapy and anxiety medication helped her overcome the monumental backlash she received while starring in Disney’s live-action “Snow White” remake.

The 24-year-old actress opened up about the controversy and how she moved past it in an interview with i-D magazine published on Monday, June 23.

“My f–king psychiatrist has seen me through all of it,” Zegler explained, noting that her medical doctor constantly reminded her that “what you’re going through isn’t normal.” “That sentence did such wonders for me in multiple situations in my life,” she said.

Another from RVM,  Olivia Dunne Brings Down the House With Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Surprise  (YouTube). Damn, she's limber.

And another from Althouse, "I’m having little adventures, but yes, not on social media." Proving regression to the mean
"I am painting, I am drawing, I’m doing photography. I’m climbing mountains and going on very long walks. I’m having little adventures, but yes, not on social media. I don’t think it’s something that would particularly serve my life, and I’m quite happy that I don’t have it."

Said Mia Threapleton, quoted in "Wes Anderson’s Newest Star Finds Inspiration Everywhere (Even a Napkin)/Mia Threapleton is Kate Winslet’s daughter but she’s intent on making her own way in Hollywood. That includes her deadpan nun in 'The Phoenician Scheme'" (NYT).

I hope young people today see that, but they'll only see it on social media.

Also from Althouse, "People could never imagine that I would lack any confidence, or belief in the simple things about who I am."

"Everything was torn to bits. He leaves a trail of blood. I don’t think I’m saying too much earth-shattering stuff after we — there’s been enough out there. But it gave me the greatest gift, which is myself. It gave me the greatest gift of how much I needed to show up for myself and take care of myself."

Said Danica Patrick, on a podcast called "The Sage Steele Show," quoted in "Danica Patrick: 'Emotionally abusive' Aaron Rodgers relationship ‘wore me down to nothing'" (NY Post).

I saw that just as I'm in the middle of listening to Aaron Rogers on a new episode of Joe Rogan. Audio and transcript at Podscribe. I don't think Aaron talks about any of his relationships with women. Does he leave a trail of blood? He doesn't give a clue. He and Joe talk about vaccines, the pyramids, aliens, the Sean Combs trial, transwomen in women's sports. Juicy substantive topics.

Sportsnaut.com, Bill Belichick-Jordan Hudson marriage plans revealed

According to Katherine Rosman of the New York Times, Hudson has told “at least one person that she is engaged” to be married to Belichick. Furthermore, according to the Zo and Bertrand show, the Belichick-Hudson marriage date is scheduled for later this year and will reportedly take place in Boston.

While the latter portion has yet to be confirmed by other reporters, it makes sense for Belichick to get hitched close to where he became an absolute icon, leading the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl rings. With stories emerging nearly every week regarding this star couple, expect to see and hear plenty more once this wedding takes place later tis year.

During Collins' three-set victory over Emma Raducanu in Strasbourg, controversy popped up during a changeover, and the American was the one who sparked that fire in what turned into an awkward, strange scene.

In very typical fashion, a cameraman positioned themselves near the player benches and put the lens on Collins. She didn't like the spot the cameraman picked, and while standing up to get water, she claimed they were being "wildly inappropriate." In reality, the cameraman was simply doing their job.

Sportsnaut.com again,  Paige Spiranac Reveals Hollywood A-Lister Who is the Slowest Golfer She’s Ever Played With. But, does she enjoy it more that way?

In an amusing exchange on the “Vanity Index” podcast, Spiranac held viewers’ attention when she spoke about some of the most famous people she’s ever hit the links with. The conversation eventually pivoted a bit when she revealed that one Hollywood A-lister is an absolute sloth on the golf course.

When asked who some of the most famous people she’s played golf with are, Spiranac pointed to the Celebrity Writer Cup at Genesis, where she was paired up with singer Nick Jonas.

There, she said, they played against Marvel actor Chris Pratt. Pratt may be known as Star-Lord on the big screen, but he may as well have changed his name to Slow-Lord on the course. “He was very slow,” Spiranac laughed. “Might be the slowest golfer I’ve ever played with. Super nice guy, unbelievably slow.”

Random Celebrity News

For some values of "random", "celebrity" and "news". From the Bleeding Fool, MCU’s ‘WandaVision’ Star Admits She Doesn’t Really Like Marvel Movies, but doesn't mind the money.

Elizabeth Olsen found the nicest way to say she doesn’t like Marvel movies. The actress who joined the MCU as Wanda Maximoff as a cameo in 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Solider and then a full appearance in 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, has been an integral part of the movie universe as well as leading the foray into television on Disney+ with WandaVision. While a guest on the Wild Card Podcast, Olsen talked about the type of work she’s looking for now. “I think I haven’t always successfully made choices in my work that are aligned with my personal taste and that is something I feel like I’m still trying to prove when I meet people. Especially if it’s a work type meeting and be able to express my personal taste in films and literature, and so I still think I have that to prove.”

And this is where she gets very diplomatic, “Because I have spent so many years doing Marvel that I feel like all the other jobs I have to do have to really reflect my personal taste because as much as I love being a part of this world — and I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do with the character — it’s not really the art that I consume. Which I have been very honest about.”

Bounding into Sports suspects Taylor Swift Fans Are NOT Going To Like What Travis Kelce’s Camp Had To Say About Why He Played So Bad Last Season. It's not a random celebrity post without Tay-Tay!

In a recent story published by US Weekly, sources close to Kelce and Swift made some eyebrow-raising comments about the NFL power couple’s relationship and how it affected his play. In the US Weekly story, sources close to Travis Kelce indicate the couple are retreating from the spotlight a bit during the offseason. “Taylor and Travis have learned that so much attention on their relationship is not the best thing,” one person stated.

Ya think? It’s not great for football fans, either. Which is probably why Swift was mercilessly booed at the Super Bowl.

Here’s where things get a little juicy. The source makes comments that flat-out suggest the relationship with Swift affected Kelce’s play. “Travis wants to take [a breather] from the public eye,” that individual said. “He was working too much last year, and he didn’t play as well as he wanted.” “He wants to have a good season and not have the focus be on his relationship with Taylor.”

Bill Belichick, the legendary former Patriots coach, and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson, decided to turn March 28th into a savage celebration of Atlanta Falcons misery. Why? Because it was 3-28 on the ol’ calendar.

The college football power couple took to social media to reignite the sting of Super Bowl LI’s infamous 28-3 collapse – the worst and most hilarious in NFL history.

The 24-year-old Hudson took to Instagram Stories, posing alongside a grinning Belichick while rocking a faux “Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl LI Champions” T-shirt—merch that never saw the light of day after New England’s historic comeback in 2017. Captioned “Happy 3-28 to those who celebrate,” the post was a deliberate jab at Falcons fans, who’ve endured this annual trolling ritual for eight years since Tom Brady and Belichick snatched victory from a seemingly insurmountable deficit.

Two-time WNBA champion Lisa Leslie offered up some advice to players in the league griping about Caitlin Clark and her success: “Stop it.” Leslie made the comments during an interview last week with USA Today. In the process, she explained the main thing that players jealous of Clark don’t seem to get – when she’s getting positive attention, the league is getting attention. And that’s good for everyone.

“I think we have to understand that when one player eats, we’re all eating and we all get more opportunities. It just opens it up for everyone else,” Leslie said. “I love that she’s not the player that makes it all about her. She’s given love and homage to the players that have come before her. She shares the wealth with her teammates, and she doesn’t have to do that.”

At Your News,  “Conservative Influencer” Lindy Li’s Ties to the CCP Go Deeper than We Knew

A potential honey trap continues to carefully craft her conservative image, but her connections to Chinese officials raise major concerns. In a recent investigation, Restoration News reported on a Democratic fundraiser who suddenly switched to the Make America Great Again universe after Election Day, while raising concerns about her connections to communist officials from China. New research has revealed further connections that raise significant questions for her involvement with conservative influencers—and for national security.

Lindy Li fashions herself as a new warrior for truth, justice, and the American way, a jarring contrast from her recent work for the Democratic National Committee (DNC). That work included fundraising—to the tune of tens of millions of dollars—and a significant social media presence in which she acted as an attack dog against Donald Trump and conservative ideals.

Lindy Li has parlayed her conservative conversion into regular appearances on Newsmax, including Lara Trump’s show. But her many pro-China activities should have set off alarm bells. Images from a protest have recently resurfaced that show Lindy Li demonstrating in favor of the Chinese government—and against the United States.

OTP, Alysa Liu First US Woman In 19 Years To Win World Figure Skating Title

Alysa Liu never expected to win the world championships. After all, the 19-year-old figure skater retired from the sport three years ago, only returning to training again a year ago and international competition six months ago.

But on Friday, almost three years after retiring from the sport, Liu became the first American woman for 19 years to win a figure skating world title.

“Even yesterday I didn’t expect this,” she told reporters afterwards, referencing her lead after Wednesday’s short program. “I didn’t have expectations coming in. I never have expectations coming into competitions anymore. It’s more so what I can put out performance-wise and I really met my expectations on that part today.”

Skating to “MacArthur Park Suite” by Donna Summer, Liu produced a flawless, fluent free skate that was greeted by a transfixed crowd who clapped and cheered every jump she landed.
