I am an atlete and have been competing on the World Tour for many years. I have been Dutch Champion several times and I became Vice World Champion Freestyle in 2013. Since 2020 I am mother to a beautiful girl and raising her on my own.
I am an ACT coach, yoga and windsurf teacher, breath-work and mindfulness coach and I do personal and group coaching (online and real life).
