Beach Report 6/25/24

A warm day, partly cloudy, with a bit of South wind that didn't do too much to cool it.
It was a pretty good low tide when I started out, with lots of gravel to look at.
The best looking tooth of the trip, a pretty Snaggletooth upper.
I think this is the first this year for some reason, a stingray dermal scute.
And, while not especially pretty, a pretty unusual "pathological"  Carcharhinus tooth, with an odd little hook.
Pathological teeth occur when the tooth bud, the bit of tissue that initiates the formation of a new teeth, and guides the shape formation, gets injured, or suffers malnutrition.
