So after I got home and grabbed lunch, Georgia and I set off for the beach. The wind had come up a bit since the early morning, but was not horrible.
The waves left a pretty decent shell/gravel line on a lot of the beach, so even though we didn't get past the rocks at Matoaka, thanks to a rising tide, we did OK for finding fossils:
16 shark's teeth, including this 1 3/16 inch White Shark tooth, with an interesting color pattern, a sting ray dermal scute, and a drum tooth.
