Flotsam and Jetsam - Drivin' that White House, High on Cocaine

For lack of anything more exciting, the White House cocaine "mystery" is still going strong. From the Daily Fetched, word that the Secret Service Closed White House Cocaine Investigation without One Single Interview. They say too many people, without a reason to hone in on anyone. I think it was too many people at too high a level who would squawk, or they already knew, and really didn't want to find the evidence. At NYPo, Secret Service covering up White House cocaine for Hunter Biden, Nikki Haley says and Veteran feds cry foul on White House cocaine probe: ‘This is a cover-up’. "Joe Biden is one of the top architects of our modern “justice” system. He has been a champion of the War on Drugs and passed policies that have punitively ruined countless lives over the use of these substances. And so when it is found in his White House, and therefore most likely belonged to his people, it is inexcusable that a different standard of justice would be applied."  Last thing I heard was that the coke was found in a locked locker, the key is missing, and there is no record of anyone checking it out. Oh, and there's no video showing who used the locker last. Seems dubious to me.

Tommy Tuberville is waging an unprecedented campaign to try to change Pentagon abortion policy by holding up hundreds of military nominations and promotions, forcing less experienced leaders into top jobs and raising concerns at the Pentagon about military readiness. Senators in both parties - including Republican Leader Mitch McConnell - have pushed back on Tuberville’s blockade, but Tuberville is dug in. He says he won’t drop the holds unless Democrats allow a vote on the policy."
