Still in shorts and a T-shirt and the first day in sneakers, even though a cold front and thunderstorm rolled through last night, and dropped the temperatures from the low 80s to the high 50s.
The tide was about half way up, and there was a whole lot of sand, so it was a tough fossil day, with only four teeth apiece.
This was my best, a slightly beat Snaggletooth parasymphyseal upper. Georgia found a matching tooth of the more traditional sickle shape.
