We've long been comfortable with the notion that multiple Federal agencies has men inside some of the groups which invaded the Capitol. No other details were provided in the document.The next question is whether these embeds pretended to be relatively passive followers, or were they provoking, and or leading others into criminal acts? Based on past history, and with the same leadership as the Whitmer kidnapping plot, one can reasonably bet on the latter. The footnote said defense attorneys “combed through a mountain of discovery,” including FBI form 302 summaries of interviews conducted by FBI agents.
In addition to the information about law-enforcement assets on the ground at the Capitol, the footnote says, the Oath Keepers “were being monitored and recorded prior to J6.”
