BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A Former Bismarck Planet Fitness employee, Layton Kessler, pled guilty yesterday to four charges of planting a hidden camera in a tanning booth at the gym.
Back in August 2023, a woman reported that she found a key fob camera attached to popsicle sticks that were in a tanning bed. Police then confirmed that the device found in the tanning bed at Planet Fitness contained recordings of four different women.
Kessler was then arrested and charged with four Class A Misdemeanor charges.
I would say just put on a bikini and go to the beach, but I guess that isn't much of an option in Bismarck ND in winter.
