One day you wash up on the beach, wet and naked. Another day you wash back out. In between, the scenery changes constantly.

Look at What Georgia Found at the Beach!
Quite possibly the best shark's tooth we'll find this year. A 1 3/4 inch Carcharodon hastalis, an extinct shark, probably an ancestor of today's Great White Shark. Although she found it on the middle of the beach, it appears to be very fresh, and you can feel the microserrations on the edges. Better than any similar tooth we found last year, this one stands an excellent chance at staying on the kitchen window shelf all year long.
