A fairly brief beach report. We came, we walked, we went home. I didn't take many pictures. Here you see Joel and Red out on a sand flat exposed by a low tide. The third day of the three day weekend (for us; thanks Columbus!) was as nice as the last two. T-shirt weather at 9:00 AM
Just a view looking south into the sun. We're way up the beach here, and there's still some plastic trash. It was a good low tide, and we found a fair number of shark's teeth, but nothing astonishing.
A big Sycamore on the top of cliff, which has either shed it's leaves already, or was stripped by Irene; I'm really not sure which.
We stopped on Solomons Island for some errands and lunch. We had lunch outside with a view of the Patuxent River.
