When I heard this on the radio as I drove home tonight I was thinking more like radio collars and GPS units.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the way it is done with large dangerous animals. While we are mounting the collar and GPS would we could take blood samples (Mandatory drug testing anyone) and maybe pull a tooth for other testing. I'd consider that to be the down payment on a fair trade.
