The temperature actually broke freezing today, up to 33 F! That, and winds that were not too onerous, only about 7 kts from the east, encouraged us to actually try a walk on the beach.
The tide was stupidly high, well above astronomical high tide, and the beach was littered with big chunks of ice, but a least the floating ice out many yards was finally gone, and there was even a little bit of beach exposed.
I even managed 3 shark's teeth, the best of which was this Snaggletooth lower. These are the first teeth since the storm on Jan. 25.
