The battle over the Maricopa County Arizona audit goes on. Yesterday Sundance at CTH posted Arizona Senate Hearing on Maricopa County Audit and 2020 Election Issues – 4:00pm ET Livestream Links, which are still active, you can see it if you must. WaPoo whines that the Arizona Senate president says 2020 recount will proceed, despite angry objections from Maricopa County officials Greg Piper at JTN Arizona election auditors: Deleted database recovered, ballot chain-of-custody still missing "Maricopa County's explanation of refusal to share routers, passwords suggests voting machines were connected to internet." So we have the voting data, we just don't know where they came from. That's comforting. Moreover, Soros kicked in $2M to elect Maricopa County sheriff now stonewalling election audit, so you know which side his bread is buttered on. Sheriff Paul Penzone objects to sharing data with a "private uncertified hacking company based on a hunch," despite court order. ET reports Maricopa County Calls for End of 2020 Election Audit "County's board disputes allegations that it deleted data from an election machine" and DOJ Intervention in Maricopa County Audit Lacks Constitutional Authority: Experts. Some expert will tell you anything you want to hear.
In other election fraud related news, first from Georgia, the Virginia Star claims Six Months After the 2020 Election, Fulton County Has Failed to Produce Chain of Custody Documents for 18,901 Absentee Ballots Placed in Drop Boxes and Jazz Shaw at Hot Hair reports Georgia's lieutenant governor won't be running again next year
Georgia Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan was one of the earliest Republicans in his state to criticize Donald Trump over allegations of irregularities in the state’s 2020 election results. While he wasn’t alone in doing that, he was probably among the most high-profile Georgia GOP officials to take that position and Georgia Republicans noticed. And I mean a lot of them noticed. That hasn’t worked out very well for Duncan in terms of his position in the state party, and this week he announced that he’s throwing in the towel and will not run for another term next year.
Dan Chaitin at WaEx, Michigan attorney claims 'explosive' evidence found in Antrim County 2020 election fraud case. I'm waiting. But WaPoo crows Michigan judge dismisses lawsuit seeking new audit of Antrim County vote, one of the last remaining 2020 legal challenges in yet another example of throwing out the question without actually looking at the issues:
But Elsenheimer ruled that a statewide post-election audit conducted by Michigan’s secretary of state’s office that concluded in March — which found the election had been conducted fairly and accurately — was sufficient to satisfy a state law that allows voters to request audits.
Because of that, he said, the suit was moot, and he granted a motion to dismiss sought by Michigan’s secretary of state and the clerk of Antrim County.
During the hearing, Elsenheimer said he was not concluding whether the election data was “corrupted or corruptible,” a finding that he said was not possible with the information available to him and not required by law.
In New Hampshire, WaEx reports Windham auditors suspect folds in ballots to blame for burgeoning 2020 election discrepancies. To fuck up is human, but to fuck up on a big scale, it helps to have a machine.
"Because if someone voted for all four Republican candidates and the ballot happened to have its fold line going through St. Laurent's target, then that might be interpreted by the machines as an overvote, which would then subtract votes from each of those four Republican candidates," said Philip Stark, another member of the three-person audit team. "Conversely, if there were not four votes already in that contest by the voter, a fold line through that target could have caused the machine to interpret it as a vote for St. Laurent."
On the Capitol Incursion, WaPoo pouts that McCarthy declares opposition to commission to investigate Jan. 6 Capitol attack. Capt. Ed at Hot Hair, McCarthy: I oppose the Jan 6 commission, after getting sandbagged on it. Alex Nitzberg at JTN, Trump calls on GOP to reject Jan. 6 commission unless it also examines violence in other cities, ""Republicans must get much tougher and much smarter, and stop being used by the Radical Left," Trump said." Sundance, President Trump Calls the January 6th Commission “A Trap”, Which it is. Of course it is, which is why Nancy Pelosi is demanding it. At PM, WATCH: Marjorie Taylor Greene asks why Jan 6 rioters are being held in solitary confinement while BLM/Antifa rioters walk free. Because liberals have no enemies to the left:
