Joe Biden Running on Autopilot

Da Mail, Joe Biden tells South Carolina crowd that he is running for the SENATE as fears for his health begin to grow.

This is so sad.

Here @JoeBiden says to the crowd in South Carolina that he is "running for the United States Senate" and that if they don't like him they can "vote for the other Biden."

To be fair, he has run for the Senate a number of times in the past.
