This Boob Needs a Civics Lesson

Chelsea Handler, who, if the internet is telling me the truth, is a "comic", talk show host (I wouldn't know because I've never seen her on TV to my knowledge) and writes pornography on the side, is so upset with Trump's victory in the presidential election that she's starting a petition to have the election overturned.

Memo to Chelsea: That's not how this thing works. We have rules for that, and they're rather clearly spelled out in the Constitution of the United States. Maybe you should skim read it before making such proposals.
