Budget Deal

The Budget Deal of the Century (well, it's a short century so far) seems to be done.  As I said once before, the Debt Ceiling would have to be raise, but we needed to make good progress towards solving the problem of large and continuous deficits.  Does this deal do it?  I'm not sure.  I'm worried about back loaded spending cuts. A Congress cannot bind a future Congress.  But the whining of the liberals suggests to me that we got about as much as we could.
