3/2/21 Beach Report

After 2 days of rain and storms, we finally got back to the beach today. It was about 40 F and a bit windy from the north, as it often is after storms, but the sky was clear and the sun bright.
A blow out tide allowed us to get past the big fall:
And up to the next beach. I think the little white dots near the pier at Western Shore were Tundra Swans, but I wasn't able to make it out for sure, even with the zoom on the camera.

Despite the blowout tide, fossil hunting was only so-so, with a total of 10 sharks teeth, none remarkable.
