Election 2020: Let The Sunshine In!

A relatively small collection this morning. First, the Supreme Court itself attempts to rebut rumors that Chief Justice Roberts had a screaming hissy fit about the Texas suit, saying that the law didn't matter because of riots or something. ET, Supreme Court Responds to Claim That John Roberts Shouted at Other Justices Over Texas Lawsuit

A spokesperson for the U.S. Supreme Court disputed a report that claimed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts shouted at the eight other justices in a room in the high court, urging them not to take up the Texas election lawsuit against four other key states.

As guidance, the court “has been conducting its conferences remotely by phone since March when the building closed due to the pandemic,” a Supreme Court spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email on Friday in response to a question about the claim.
Just remember, it's written by lawyers. In general news of the progress against the election fraud, Behind the Black reports that Maricopa County election board defies state subpoenas
And they expect the public to trust them? The election board of Maricopa County has decided to defy the subpoenas issued by the state’s legislature for getting a full audit of its election results, and will instead file a lawsuit against those legislators.

It seems to me that if there was nothing wrong with the Dominion tabulators and the count, than the board would welcome this audit. That they are stonewalling it is if anything evidence that there is likely something they are hiding.

We have now reached the Rubicon. Are our elected officials truly in charge, or are they to be ordered around by unelected bureaucrats like mere serfs? If the state legislature and the governor does not act here, then they are no more than figureheads, and we are now ruled by fiat, by the bureaucracy. Arizona does not have a democracy ruled by law any longer.

Let's look at what Sen. Paul said again:
"The election in many ways was stolen and the only way it will be fixed is by in the future reinforcing the laws."
I think the most important and telling part of this sentence is the phrase, "in the future". So Paul is not proposing that anything should be done now, or, heaven forbid, that he should do any of it. Rather, let's just ignore everything that happened in the last couple of months, the suspicious counting, the mysterious, appearing-in-the-middle-of-the-night ballots, the unsecure mail-in voting, let's just put all of that behind us now, and, going forward, it's all going to be good. Trust us.

Real conservatives have been complaining for years that fake conservativism, (Conservatism, Inc.) doesn't ever really conserve anything.

What hill should we be willing to die on? The next one. Or the one after that one. But the one we're standing on right now? Nope, sorry, not this one. Too risky.

And here's more after-the-fact bravery from Miss Lindsay: "Social Media Companies And Mail-In Voting Will Destroy Conservatism If We Dont Push Back". Heh. No, the time to push back on the Democrats' efforts to normalize unsecured mail-in voting was BEFORE the election, not a month later.

Let's fight tomorrow. But let's not fight today.
