A cold wave, accompanied by half an inch of rain push through last night, and dropped today's temperatures into the high 70, with low humidity, and a nice, northern breeze. A great start to the Labor Day weekend. Also, a harbinger of our Fall weather
Our Florida visitor was hiding from the Labor Day crowds up on the relatively lightly used beach well north of Matoaka Cottages.
A big one passes by, stretched vertically by the mirage.
Waiting in vain for the big wave.
